Dylan did an excellent job staining the deck and painting the stairs. He was prompt, communicative, and paid attention to details while completing the task in a timely manner.
Dylan was fantastic! He was super communicative and did an excellent job with our gutters. He even took the time to find the problem instead of just cleaning them and leaving. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone.
Came out on short notice to paint our fascia and it looks great!
Dylan did a great job as well as his associate Nathaniel. We had trouble selecting the right shade of yellow, but Dylan helped us through it. Very easy to talk to and work with.
Dylan was amazing. We had a nightmare job of adhesive removal prior to repainting and he handled it with so consideration and professionalism and genuinely cared about doing a good job. I would absolutely hire him again. 😊
Pure Paints is such a great company to work with. Their professionalism, work quality and trustworthiness is right on par with what you expect from a business. They are my go to painters.
Dylan and his crew were nothing short of amazing! From the quick start to a timely finish, it was wonderful. If you’re looking for a great painting company please choose Dylan and Pure Paints!!
Dylan came out and gave me an estimate to paint my entryway and hallway. (Very reasonable.) I hired him on the spot and started the job within the hour. He did an excellent job! I couldn’t be more thrilled! I will definitely use him again for any of my painting needs.
Responded almost immediately to inquiry and were out to bid within the hour. Painting was done two days later. Looks great! Professional & such an attention to detail. Will use again for sure.
I contacted Dylan to fix the texture on a part of my ceiling and paint it. Not only did he give a reasonable price. He was professional and did a beautiful job. He told me he would try to get the texture as close as possible. You can’t even tell there was a repair done. Not only, he covered all items around him and even swept and cleaned up the work station and put everything back to normal. Also I painted my walls last year and just didn’t want to get the ladder to do the edge by the ceiling so he asked me if I had some of the same paint and he painted that for me too! I have him in my phone for future projects!
Looks good!
Working with Dylan has been great. He stained my deck and he will be taking care of some interior work for me soon. I'd recommend him to anyone needing a painting job done.
Faced with adverse weather (rain, wind), they were very good at fitting on their work. We nailed it with the deck stain color. The stain coverage and quality of the work was excellent. I am proud to have guests over and show off their work. Thank you.
Hired for a job of a deck renovation. Owner came out to assess the deck. Gave a instant proposal. Had 3 other contractors out and all at the same price. Due to company being newer and I also being in the contractor business. I wanted to give a start up the benefit of the doubt. That was the worst decision ever ownere came over when I wasn't here and claimed to pressure was the deck. which was not done but contractor claims. Contractor failed to realize I have a camera that is focused on the backyard and I see all work being done. They did not pressure wash the deck. Next day they returned to replace deck board which was done. Owner then claimed they spent 3 hours sanding the deck. They spent zero hours sanding the deck! I arrived and they said that some additional boards needed replaced which I knew was not the case. They needed sanded down with a sander as Every other company had specified they would do. This contractor refused to do It claiming a backwards excuse as to why they couldn't. I called them out on that and he insisted at that point I pay him for the work which has been done even though the contract was not fulfilled! I denied that request and they left. I sanded down the deck which had the wrong style deck correct down which was discussed at proposal and that day. I provided 3 boards cleaned properly and requested work be done which they agreed to. The cleaned off boards are what I spend 30 minutes doing to show work properly completed. 3rd day contractor arrived and sanded deck but not with the proper tool. They had left over defect they insisted on staining painting over which I had them provid photos prior to doing. The work was subpar! I requested again it been done with a high grit pad and grinder pad which I had done previously. They stated they would. Within 30 minutes I received 5 calls I could not respond to and insisted a text message due to being in a situation of no phone calls. They responded with a text an hour later stating they wanted to break the contractor and back out of work due to the extend of labor they would have to put into the job. Alll of this should of been assessed by a good contractor prior to bid and once bid is accept not adjusted as they tried to imply several times. Contractor ended contract and tried to record a video stating they did nothing wrong which was not the case called them out and they left my home immediately. I would not recommend as I received nothing but scam vibes the whole experience! As nice as he acted you should beware of the nice demeanor for a lackluster worker.
Great experience from start to finish! Communication A+ and results exactly what we were looking for! Thank you for an amazing job!
They did a great job prepping, cleaning and staining our deck. Crew was professional, friendly and outgoing. They helped us remove our deck furniture and return it after the job was completed. Online invoice was easy and secure to pay. Overall a wonderful experience!
Such a nice young man. I am totally satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend him.
Dylan did a great job of staining my deck. He was punctual and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him for your next project.
