Be transparent and fair with pricing. A professionally maintained apartment should not be subject to a mandatory "first-time cleaning" surcharge. An initial service on a well-kept home requires no extra time or effort compared to a standard recurring cleaning, and charging extra for it feels unreasonable.
Excellent communication and a great team. Very happy with the results and looking forward to having them keep my house clean and fresh regularly!

There was no service. Provider claimed bc hired other cleaner for a prior service they would no longer serve my home and cancelled 2 days before after I explained I still wanted to use their service. Disappointing
Pure Nest did an excellent job cleaning my 2BR/2BA apartment in KOP. This was my first experience using them because I just moved last month. Kate and Pure Nest will now be my monthly cleaning service. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
They gave me estimate of $169, then once I decided to go ahead and schedule, they privately messaged me with a much higher price $240-$260. Very dishonest!
