I had a terrible experience working with this person. I hired him to repair my refrigerator and paid him money to order the part that was needed. He later told me the part had been delivered, but there was never a part and my refrigerator was never fixed. The communication was horrible, and I feel like I was given the runaround after I had already paid. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with someone I hired to do work in my home. I would not recommend him to anyone. Please be careful before paying money upfront for parts or services

Felt sketchy because my dad paid him cash and then 5 minutes later he messaged me to send him the payments and when I stated my dad paid him, then it changed. I didn’t like that. Seemed dishonest
Huge shoutout to Ben for fixing my stove! He reached out right away via text/call and came out the very same night to diagnose the problem. A part needed to be ordered, so the final fix took a few days, but Ben kept me updated every step of the way. Super efficient and reliable—I’ll definitely call him next time I need a repair!

Ben was very attentive and showed up on time with plenty of warning. He was polite and identified the issue right away. He came to a quick conclusion that the water hose needed to be replaced and left to go to Home Depot with his tools here. He showed me the receipt of what he bought and the whole thing was done on time. Very impressive and would absolutely recommend them to anybody who needs fridge repair.
While Ben is a nice young man and a hard worker, he lacks communication and professional ability. Our project ended up costing more than originally quoted and when completed, our washer still does not work. When he said it was completed, there was still a part on the side of the door and it was making noise. We were informed we would need another part that would raise the cost over the price of a new one. We were absolutely unsatisfied with PurePath Service. We even tipped well before we found out it still doesn’t work after $510 investment. Sorry, nice guy but he was in over his head and did not communicate well on the repair updates.
