Great experience with the company. The person they sent was honest and knowledgeable. Turned out what we wanted was not possible and they let us know why and saved us a big mess. Would recommend.

Jarred responded super fast on thumbtack as well as text. Just as fast as I told him my needs through the app he was texting asking what was a good day and time for him to arrive. Jarred explained that he would text on that day within the start of the hr of provided time frame and he texted exactly at the top of the hr saying he was in route with his eta. Once he arrived he explained the cost, got right to see what he had on his hands. He returned super fast with what he would need to do. Jarred also completed the job super fast and had pictures. If you are in the RDU area without a question this is the company to hire!
I scheduled an appointment; the day before I checked in to see around what time they were coming… luckily I did because they had no intentions of showing up! All i had was a running toilet which I was charged $215 for but paid $219 because he didn’t have change! I also had a pip that needed to be replaced because it was cut to short and just needed a new piece but he wanted to charge $175 extra!! If you want to get robbed call these guess smh
Was very professional in communication and the work was done efficiently. Would gladly recommend to others for their plumbing needs.
He was fantastic
Nice guy that came to the house. He was running a few hours behind but he let me know hours before my appt. Great communication. He was in and out in ten minutes and fixed the issue. Something was stuck in the drain and the reset button on the disposal had popped out. Very honest. I just paid the fee for them to come out. I would definitely hire again.
Kelton did an amazing job! We will definitely be using Purified Plumbing Services for any future plumbing needs.
Saved the day! Very insightful and super professional. Cannot recommend enough
Purified Plumbing Services is just getting started as a company, but don't let that fool you. Their Lead Plumber has the highest license a plumber can have. He knows the business in and out with 11 years of experience, and has experience leading a team of his own. He did the job well - and helped explain what we did (and did not) need. Will definitely use their services again in the future. 😊
I received prompt service getting my gas water heater and meter inspected for a leak. The issue was quickly found and I was given thorough advice. I plan to reach out in the future for similar needs!
