Steve showed up same day and addressed the issue by stating there were 3 areas of which needed to be snaked due to clogging, the pipe access from the sink, the drain in the floor and the pipe access to the washer. He charged $400 stated it would take an hour it did not he was done in 15min and stated it was all good. Will be disputing charge as the price does not match the labor involved. These five star reviews must be fake there was nothing five stars about his attitude or service. DO NOT Recommend

My washtub was draining slowly. Steve came and put the snake through the top of the washtub and of course the snake got stuck (see photo). My pipe is now leaking, it wasn't leaking previously and my washtub is dirtier. He charged $89 and nothing was resolved, it's even worse now. I'm very disappointed as this was the first time I used Thumbtack.

Most importantly, he will take care of you if you’re not satisfied with the work. I brought my concerns to him, and instead of ignoring me or just taking my money and moving on, he listened and worked with me to make things right. They need to do better job, I followed up for the same problem that I had to hire him, but never responded back. So I had to find some other plumbers

I don't know how this guy has any good reviews. Are they fake? I picked him because of his outstanding reviews! We had a clog in the basement, he snaked it, however he flooded our basement, had zero concern, didn't offer any help with how to get it removed. Just left our basement flooded and completey damaged our stuff. He determined it was from the outside and possibly roots were the problem but never bothered to check the vent on the roof that regulates the air for water pressure. WHICH ANOTHER PLUMBER CONFIRMED IT WAS THE VENT. When confronted about it he said "didn't have a ladder" (to get on the roof and check the vent) ok, he never asked for one nor said anything that the vent could be the problem. Shouldn't he know this? Left a bunch of things disconnected and broke some of our things. Charged $350 and was 100% apathetic. His response was "when I have to deal with other people's feces i charge $350" 1. There wasn't feces, that's just dirt. 2. He's a plumber, this is what he's supposed to do. This guy is sketchy and unprofessional. Seriously, there's no way his positive reviews are legit. He didn't even have any basic tool just a snake. Wtf?!
