⭐ 1 STAR — I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD Our experience with QRM Enterprises was an absolute nightmare, and I strongly caution anyone considering hiring this company. We hired QRM Enterprises to move our five-bedroom home, two of those bedrooms were completely empty. Despite advertising transportation as part of their moving services, they showed up WITHOUT A MOVING TRUCK. What should have been a straightforward move turned into an exhausting 17 HOUR ordeal. But the length of the move and lack of proper transportation weren’t even the worst parts. During the move, our checkbook went missing from our home, and checks were subsequently fraudulently cashed. We filed a police report regarding the stolen checkbook. Thankfully, our home is equipped with security cameras, and we have hours of video footage that has been provided to law enforcement as part of the investigation. This experience has cost us far more than moving expenses. We have had to spend hours dealing with law enforcement, our financial institutions, compromised banking information, and the financial and security consequences of having checks taken from our home. When you hire movers, you are trusting strangers with virtually everything you own and allowing them access to your home and personal belongings. That trust is enormous. We walked away from our experience with QRM Enterprises feeling financially harmed, violated, and completely unsafe. A company advertising professional moving services should arrive properly equipped to perform the job. A five-bedroom home with two empty bedrooms should not require 17 hours, especially when customers are paying for professional movers. And no customer should finish a move having to file a police report over property that disappeared from their home during that move. We trusted QRM Enterprises with our belongings and our home. Instead, this move resulted in lost money, compromised financial security, countless hours dealing with the aftermath, and a police investigation. We have cameras. We kept documentation. We turned the footage over to law enforcement. Hire at your own risk. I would NEVER recommend QRM Enterprises to anyone.
