I hired Quality 1st Exteriors to replace the rotten framing and siding around my fireplace chimney, repair parts of my roof, and handle several other trim and siding repairs. Jordi got back to me right away and offered fair prices. While on the job, Jordi spotted other issues, showed them to me, explained the consequences of leaving them, and proposed sensible solutions. He explained everything before starting and then did more than we asked. His crew was knowledgeable and with an incredible work ethic. The whole project was done in just a couple of days, and the crew left the place spotless. Highly recommended!!!

Reviews
Working with Jose and his team was absolutely fantastic. Never in my life have I had a better experience with a contractor. The team undertook a complete home re-siding project. I had over 10 different contractors bid the work, and to be honest I selected Quality 1st Exteriors because their bid was the best. Sometimes, that’s a gamble, and best price doesn’t always mean best work and you paid for it in the end. But, that was not the case. Jose’s communication was timely and thorough. Work beginning and ending exactly as his bid timelines predicted. He kept me informed during the project, sending me photos throughout the day while I was at work, showing me progress of the job, surprises they found along the way (lots of dry rot) and asking for my input about project decisions. In the end, I am thrilled with the quality of work and the experience I had working with this company, highly recommend!!! Best value, best communication, best quality, best company.
Jordi was excellent from the beginning. explaining to me exactly what need to be done on the roof.. and why and giving me a fair price. He came with his crew and finished the roof in one day, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the workmanship, his professionalism and his communication. I am so glad we went with quality 1st exteriors. He made sure that I was happy with how things turned out and was involved in the process and understood everything. Thanks so much. JORDI.
Jordi did a fantastic job with my siding. Perfectly matched the paint, looks so good. Was fast and professional. Definitely will hire again!
5 stars — Jordi exceeded every expectation I almost never write reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to do it. I hired Jordi to replace some cedar siding, and once the work began, it became clear there was more damage behind the wall than expected. What could have turned into a stressful situation was handled professionally, quickly, and with real skill. Jordy and his crew showed up ready to work and handled the entire repair with skill and professionalism. They replaced the damaged areas behind the siding, repaired where needed, added quality insulation and housewrap, and installed the new cedar siding cleanly and precisely. The finished wall looks excellent. What impressed me most was his honesty and communication. He explained what he found, told me how he planned to fix it, and kept the job moving without making it feel overwhelming. His workmanship was solid, his pricing was fair, and he and his crew worked hard from start to finish. I would absolutely hire Quality 1st Exteriors again. He is honest, hardworking, skilled, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right.
Repairing warped vinyl siding for us, Jordi provided an excellent service and a very competitive price.
