Bruce was really nice and kept me updated on what was wrong, needed to be done and how long it would take, he knew what he was talking about it and got the job done. He was affordable and local. I would definatly recommend him and go back to him.
He wasn't able to fix my PC's problem, but he was able to transfer all of the files I needed from the hard drive and he was able to connect my external hard drive up so that it was working again. And, all for a nominal cost in my home. GREAT VALUE.

Used your app to email Bruce and never received a response , called and he didn't answer phone . Wasted my time . Took it to Best Buy
After playing telephone tag with him, I could never meet up with him, I gave up. Individual working out of his home.
