I received a quote from Mikey on wiring my outdoor barrel sauna. I called 4 different times to setup a start day and spoke to someone at the office and I was told that they would have Mikey to give me a call back. All 4 times I didn’t receive any calls. I feel like that was a waste of my time and very unprofessional, and I will not be reaching out again. I have hired another company so I wouldn’t recommend Quality Electric to anyone else.
