Quality House is a quality company! They did a fine job essentially rebuilding our back porch! Because some main support components needed replacing the city required a permit (I personally checked with the city of Seattle) before hiring QH). QH was able to quickly supply us with an architect to provide the plan and implement the permit process surprisingly quickly. I was present for 2 of the inspection visits and they went well. They did an excellent all around job at a reasonable price and timeline relative to the other estimates we received! Andrew, Ross, Tony and Dimitri are good people to work with!

Kudos to Quality House LLC of Redmond WA for the excellent complete remodel they did on my vacant Bothell condo, and on a remte basis. Andrew Klubov and his very ample size crew did professional craftsmanship, on schedule, at a reasonable price, within budget. My $125K remodel involved every room in my 26-year-old 1400 sf condo. It was completed in 5 weeks. We are very happy with the results. The home was then sold in a very challenging market in the first month. Photos can be seen on Zillow under the address 2201 192nd St SE, Unit Z102, Bothell, WA 98012
I was disappointed by my experience. I reached out for an estimate, but before even seeing the property or assessing the scope of work, I was told they have a minimum project cost of $15,000. While every contractor has the right to set minimums, making assumptions about a job without first evaluating it did not feel professional or customer-focused. A site visit or brief assessment would have provided a better understanding of the project’s needs before discussing costs. Unfortunately, this approach left me feeling dismissed rather than helped.
I interviewed 4 other remodel businesses and chose Andrew for his humility, creative ideas, and competitive pricing. I trusted him to provide great workmanship and he did not let me down. He is committed to delivering the very best he can and that alone is hard to find. Highly recommend Andrew and Quality Home!
There was some miscommunication issue at the beginning but the owner quickly followed up and cleared the problem
I am beyond pleased with the work Quality House LLC has done for us and I can't recommend them highly enough! They are incredibly knowledgeable, has an excellent work ethic, and is genuinely sincere in everything They do. They tackled a particularly complicated stairs project for us, where space was tight, the step was not standard size and an extended roof that blocked the light from the room and looked plain ugly. The outcome was fantastic – the stairs are solid, functional, and look wonderful! They even added a under the stairs closet. More storage the merrier. You will see the before and after pictures that are attached. We couldn’t be happier with the result. When we faced an emergency situation with a basement leak, they responded immediately, came over to assess the issue, and quickly identified the root of the problem. They resolved it efficiently, giving us great peace of mind. More recently, Quality House LLC completed a project adding insulation between our top and basement floors to reduce noise. The difference is incredible – the noise is reduced by at least 75%, making a huge impact on the comfort of our home. Quality House LLC's associates, especially Andrew and Vlad, are also very sincere, skilled, and knowledgeable about their work. They have all been a pleasure to work with. We’re now working on a new project with them to build a deck in our backyard, and we're excited to see the results! I’ll be sure to share pictures once it's complete. They offer very reasonable prices for the quality of work they deliver, and I can confidently recommend them for any home projects. If you’re looking for a company that is reliable, skilled, and truly cares about the job, look no further!
Andrew and crew are amazing! We wanted to put up drywall with different types of doors to partition out difficult spaces. Andrew and Gus crew are respectful, patient, thoughtful, and adaptive. We ended up doing much more with great lighting solutions at competitive pricing. We are already working with him again.
Showed up to walk through project and give an estimate.
Andrew from Quality House has been a pleasure to work with. We did an expansion to bring the patio space into the house and then remodeled the kitchen. Andrew's pricing was very competitive, he worked through all the details, has a good team of people who were punctual and professional, and delivered and completed the project to our satisfaction in good time. I would highly recommend Andrew and his team.
Andrew did a great job on installing my chandelier and the ceiling moulding around it. It was a high ceiling and the chandelier is heavy which add a lot of difficulty. Andrew was hard working, professional and make things done. He Also patiently listen to our customer request and try to satisfy us most.
Glad he could come out soon after giving estimate as we had a tight timeline. Responsive. Thorough estimate process. Fair price. Photos are before and after shots.
