Called to get a quote on a kitchen refresh. Met with Matt and thought the consultation went well. We received a 360 rendering of proposed changes. Replied to the email that we would like a quote for the work. Waited a couple of weeks and left a message. Never heard back from him. Do not recommend.

We had agent come on 4-1-26 I’ve called twice since & they keep saying they’ll pass the message but we still haven’t received any response! Absolutely horrible service! No call no email no text NOTHING!!!!!!
The estimator supposedly came and knocked on the door but never rang the door bell? I was waiting for the appointment and took a day off from work. He also stated he “saw me” enter my home but never approached me. Seems they have no interest in my business which may just be a blessing in disguise.
Never completed job. Tried but they would not never send this company name to me
Megan came to discuss my project and was very professional and quick to provide an estimate and reply to my questions.
Quality Remodeling has a set business model for kitchens and bathrooms. Their prices are two times what other contractors quote for the same work. You’re constrained to the products that they source ie. they will only use the bathtub that they have sourced. Not a bathtub of your choosing. It’s heavy sales pitch using manipulative tactics to close the deal. I would not recommend Quality Remodeling.
Great experience with this crew. Matt, the sales person, came to my house to take measurements, give me the run down, and share the high level timeline and process; helpful when comparing quotes. The process to select all features was bumpy, mostly because I had no experience and wanted to make sure I was ordering all the correct pieces and parts. But, once done, final appendix of the contract was completed and the scheduler took over. I really wanted the bathroom completed before thanksgiving, which based on when final paperwork were signed, was exactly one week. These guys said, no problem, and while skeptical, I said let's go! Within one week the crew demolished and rebuilt my bathroom. I took out the old cast iron tub, and wanted the old pink floor tile (which had just been re-tiled over) gone, and done right, and remove the 3 ft tile from the walls. This crew worked tirelessly over these days to get everything done, and I saw no shortcuts whatsoever. The tile work and grout lines are impeccable, my oversized niche was done incredibly well, the drywall replacement seamless with the old plaster walls (above the wall tile), and they replaced the floorboards and quarter rounds with mitred precision. I had them paint and hang/install all of my ordered things, and they did a great job; also making sure I had input for every placement of every item so that it was done exactly how I wanted. There were only a couple times I had to make sure things were done as I expected (e.g. paint behind the vanity vs leaving bare drywall as they would have done), take up the entire subfloor (the pink tile was on concrete), which was a change order I expected since it was important to me that any underlying issue on a 1950's house was found and addressed. I chose a slightly more expensive group compared to others, but I'm not mad about the result. I expected high quality, and high quality is what I got. And one week?! Worth it. Additionally, the main work crew are so nice and fantastic at their craft. Highly recommend.
Quality Remodeling was excellent to work with! They took our 2000’s builder-grade bathroom and made it something truly beautiful and much more functional. Matt Taylor was great at listening to what we wanted, and letting us know what was possible and what wasn’t. Once scheduled, the work was done quicker than any major remodel that my friends or family had heard of - just over one week! Amazing turnaround for a full tile shower, moving a wall, and setting up the vanity/toilet/lights/accessories. Malik Carlton saw the project through and checked for quality control throughout. We are so pleased with our new fancy bathroom! See after and before in attached photos. Gorgeous!
Quality Remodeling did a fantastic job remodeling my bathroom and they are the only company I will use moving forward. From start to finish this company was outstanding! The price, planning, communication, craftsmanship, and follow-up after the project was completed was all outstanding. I’d highly recommend this company if you want competitive cost, high quality service, and excellent craftsmanship.
Even though we did not hire Quality Remodeling for our job, I was very impressed with the punctuality and communication. I contacted Matt and he was able to come out the next morning to give us an estimate for our job. He came to the appointment ready to prepare our estimate which was super helpful! You can tell her really cares and it shows in how he handles his business. He was very professional and brought good ideas and options for our project. I will definitely remember Matt and Quality Remodeling for future projects
