Did an amazing job! I hired for a deep clean and rebooked for quarterly cleans because she did such a thorough job!
I contacted Rebekah, the owner of Queen Beeline Cleaning & Company with an urgent request due the 'no show' of another cleaning company. My request was short notice for a next day appointment on a busy Saturday. I submitted an inquiry on Thumbtack and received a text message response from Rebekah within 5 minutes! I responded immediately, I received a phone call a few minutes later. Rebekah was great, she listened to my urgent request and indicated she and her team would try their best to accommodate my urgent request. Ten minutes later, I received a second phone call confirming the Queen Bee Cleaning team was available to accommodate my short notice (next day) request. I was elated and super impressed with Rebekah's quick responses and top-notch professionalism. Rebekah and her team showed up early on Saturday, gave me a very reasonable quote and went to work immediately. Unfortunately, the water had been turned off based on my closeout request to city water department on Friday. Rebekah informed me of the situation on Saturday morning during a breakfast pickup run and continued to execute the cleaning like super professionals. I picked up 9 one-gallon jugs of water so the team could complete the job on time without any delays. I was SUPER impressed with Rebekah and her team for their professionalism, outstanding work quality and their attention to detail. Despite the challenges the Queen Bee Cleaning team were exceptional and performed first-rate work. I give Queen Bee Cleaning my highest recommendation based on their superior performance, quality work and fantastic value with reasonable rates. If you the 'best of best' call Queen Bee Cleaning and Company!
Rebekah is willing to work with your schedule and makes herself available to accommodate the client.
I was in the middle of moving and broke my tibia. She came in within a day of contacting her and cleaned the new resident and the appliances. Cost was reasonable and she worked with the emergency and time table. Wonderful work. Clean but not over chemical smell. Would recommend this service to anyone. She also has a great personality.
My house was so pleasant to come home to. The appliances looked like. The bathrooms were so clean & the mirrors so clear. it smelled fresh.
Rebekah does an excellent job cleaning our home. She is attentive to detail, mixing in deep cleaning with the weekly cleaning. She is quick to respond and flexible especially withour pets. Best of all she shows up completely self contained with all the supplies she needs to do the job. I highly recommend the Queen.
