Reviews
Horrible communication. From start to finish, and even following up with the warranty that I have due to the gutters leaking in several spots. Constantly canceling nor showing up to do the work, constant excuses of why he couldn’t make it, he had his employee do the work while a family member came to the house to pick him up and he was gone for over an hour while the employee was stuck doing the work alone. Came unprepared, didn’t have extension cords, nor the full length of gutters needing to be installed, it took another month before he finished because of one employee having a baby, or the truck was broke, or his child was sick, or he had to catch a flight out of state, it was always an excuse. I contacted Marquell in November of 2025 to let him know several spots were leaking and not flowing as they should, he responded a month later with scheduled a date of February 25, 2026. He never showed up, never called, emailed nor text message about why he couldn’t make it. DO NOT BOOK HIM!
He was quick to respond and follow up with an estimate. He gave a reasonable estimate for the work and was willing to adjust his schedule to meet my needs. I would recommend him as a reliable contractor.
He was able to hang my holiday lights in a reasonable amount of time and they look fantastic thank you so much I do appreciate it
This entire process was awful. Maybe he is good at gutter services but not Christmas Lights. I would go far enough to say he completely conned me. Overcharged, underdelivered, was not prepared and had no clue what he was doing. Proceed with caution. He’s a great talker though so be very careful.
Very responsive! Was able to be at our house and start working within an hour and helped us hang up our large Christmas wreath. Got everything done quickly and was very professional and nice to work with
Holiday lights setup was good
Marc showed up as planned, he was prompt did great work and was reasonably priced. Easy transaction
Was responsive to my needs. Value was very competitive. Easy to work with. Enjoys his work. Would hire again
Prior to contracting with Quell Gutters Services. I have had water drainage problems for a number of years. The owner listened to my issues and recommended a solution that resolved my problem. The quality of work is outstanding and I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this company.
Hustler and that is it. Do not recommend. Said it was $650 after we agreed to $150. Then said he did me a favor by viewing my patio and that that was a $250 value. 1) the patio was not cleaned 2) he was at my house for all of 1 hour, including talking, waiting at the door - and he refused to clean up any of the debris. On top of it, a lawn service came after and checked his work and the gutters were still not clean so it had to be redone - and they picked up the leaves and debris from him, plus my whole lawn, as courtesy, because they couldn’t believe what he left.
Marquell resolved the very professional and resolved the issue very quickly.
Hired for gutter cleaning. Mr King was very detailed and thorough and provided before and after pictures. Will hire again.
Mr. King was very responsive and keep me up to date on the service. He installed a new downspout and the work was exceptional.
Quell’s professionalism and quality of service were outstanding. His prompt and efficient work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company for its exceptional service and expertise.
They were very professional, prompt and aided us greatly.
Quell did an amazing job on the repairs we needed. He was in and out in an hour and was punctual and precessional. He offered us a great price too!
Make sure you have the quote in hand before he starts the Job. He charges $250/hr and doesn’t tell you until he starts the work. At least for us.
Was very responsive but felt was overpriced for the very few leaves/debris we had
Completed fast and at our budget. Gutters are clean again
