I worked for Deep Fork group for 10 years and Good Egg Dining group for 4 years. I was executive chef for both of those companies. Now I have embarked on a new venture, launching my own catering business. I’ve done many private catering parties. Ranging from hors d’oeuvres to dinner Buffet.
