He fixed my doorknob satisfactorily and in a timely manner. He did not however, tell me prior to coming that his fee is $50 per hour, but, his minimum charge is for two hours---the doorknob only took about twenty minutes and I had not planned to have anything else done that day. We did agree on a fee of less than $100.
Came out and helped with multiple leaks we could not get figured out. Got it all fixed same day. Quick and responsive, would recommend!
I hired this handyman Leo (Works with Eugene) to repair two holes in my wall, and all I can say is—simply fantastic. He was punctual, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He also took the time to share helpful tips and tricks about painting and wall care, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was an excellent value paired with outstanding communication and quality work. I would absolutely use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of reliable home repairs. In addition, I had Leo come out a couple of days later to repair a shutoff valve for the toilet. He was timely, prompt, and courteous throughout the entire process. During the initial visit, everything appeared to be resolved and there were no visible leaks; however, a leak later developed. Leo returned promptly, stood behind his work, and corrected the issue perfectly without hesitation. He came back in a timely manner, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was fully repaired and functioning as it should. His professionalism and reliability really stood out. I was unable to leave a separate review, so I added this update here. The first part of my review was for wall repair, and this second portion is for the shutoff valve repair.
Very responsive - was able to fix my issue in the first visit. Very resourceful too - was able to look at a few other things around the house and repair / advise as needed.
Eugene, helped us fix a couple of stuck doors, a broken fence gate, weather stripping, fix a broken handrail, and rehang a sliding door. Very professional and quick. Will hire again.
These guys did a great job. They took time to do the job right even after a small snag. I'd hire again in a heartbeat. Excellent company.
What went great was the job was completed early which was schedule the next day which I was really was please about getting it done soon as possible the quality of the job was excellent also I will recommend him for future jobs to friends and family
