Responded the same day and available the next day for a yard cleanup project. They worked hard until all waste was cleaned up and left the area clean! very satisfied with the work. I would recommend using this company.

Cam and his friend did a very good job carrying my two biggest items out to his truck and hauling them away. Then they helped to unload everything we had already loaded in a U-Haul truck!

Communication and reliability need to improve. First interaction was very good. Subsequent attempts to confirm their arrivals were met with no follow through. Thought I found a quality mover but was not the case.
They had great communication, got everything unloaded in AN HOUR (it took me all day to even load the truck). They were extremely careful with everything and quick with responses.
Told me they would show up and didn’t leaving me without the help I was promised.
First, maybe respond and try to make the mistake right for the customer. Had a scheduled move this morning at 9 am. I reached out 5 minutes before to get an ETA. Called through Thumbtack 10 minutes after. Even now I see the message is read but still no response. Completely unacceptable to leave a customer stranded. Before the confirmed move, I asked if there was anything else needed. The company assured everything is all set for the move this morning. Very disappointed.
They did a great job! They were a few hours late but that was due to another job taking longer than expected and they kept me updated! Once they got there our move went a lot quicker than we could have done it. We moved about an hour away and they made it as smooth as it could possibly go!

I had a great experience with Alex and Trey. They were professional, punctual, and extremely efficient from start to finish. They handled my belongings with care and made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and organized. Both of them communicated clearly, worked quickly without cutting corners, and were respectful of my space and items. You can tell they take pride in their work. Cameron and Abe are amazing, Cameron is great at communicating to set up the appointment, letting me know he was on his way, and were spot on to the dot when they arrived! So kind, clean, professional, went above and beyond what I hired them to do, which was to move a heavy cabinet to the basement. They moved several extra items that were outside and swept the area! They had everything they needed, I didn’t have to provide them a single thing! We even discussed other projects they do, that are not advertised, I told them they should because they are great! I would HIGHLY recommend Cameron & Abe any day!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Cameron and Abe were prompt, efficient and thorough - none of us ever really see good value for the money - but you will with Quick Haul! I highly recommend them and will be spreading the word to friends about Quick Haul. For moves (which mine was), to junk hauling...these guys are the real deal!
