Extremely disappointing experience with Quick Moves LLC — we would not recommend them. We hired Quick Moves for our move, and our 65" Sony BRAVIA 3 TV (K-65S30) was damaged during the move. Before the move, we told the movers that we did not have the original box for the TV. They were fully aware of this and chose to transport it anyway. The movers packed the TV themselves using blankets and cardboard boxes that we had available. We were later told that the truck was not large enough for everything, and the TV was placed tightly against other items to avoid making a second trip. The TV arrived with significant display damage. What has been most disappointing is how Quick Moves handled the situation afterward. Instead of making a genuine effort to resolve the damage fairly, we were told that the reimbursement would be limited to a few dollars based on the TV's weight. We were also told that we were responsible for providing a box, despite the fact that the movers knew beforehand that we did not have one and chose to pack and transport the TV themselves. We were not asking for the full purchase price of the television. We were simply asking for reasonable compensation toward the actual damage and the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged display. We understand that moving companies have policies regarding liability, but customers should also be able to expect their belongings to be handled with reasonable care by professionals who knowingly accept responsibility for transporting them. The way this damage was handled afterward was extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Quick Moves to anyone transporting valuable or fragile belongings. We strongly recommend understanding their damage and liability policies before hiring them.

I had a great experience with Quick Moves. I needed help with a move on short notice, and they were able to assist me the same day, which was a huge relief. The two movers who helped unload my U-Haul into my apartment were professional, efficient, and worked hard from start to finish. They handled everything carefully and made what could have been a stressful day much easier. I really appreciated their help and honestly couldn’t have done it without them. Extremely unprofessional when dealing with customers. I simply asked a few questions regarding their services, and instead of responding professionally, they were rude and sarcastically told me to “hire some guys from Home Depot.” If this is how they treat potential customers, they should not be in customer service. In today’s economy, every consumer is trying to find a fair price and make smart financial decisions. There is nothing wrong with asking questions before hiring a company. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Anita and this company. Their communication and professionalism were completely unacceptable.

Very punctual and very nice guys, always being proactive. I had an issue with a tv and a dinner table that wasnt very well secured. The dinner table (glass) fell over onto the tv — i am glad that still works. One of the guys didn’t work as much as the others but we managed to get things going. Overall I think they work hard and very professional. Not to mention they were super fast responding my calls. A bit more of planning on how to set up belongings inside the uhaul would make your services better. I mention this because some stuff were just put on top of the others breaking one of my glass lamps.
