Reviews
Bin is very professional and a true pleasure to work with. He and his team removed and poured concrete in our backyard. Everything was done beyond our expectations. He even added in digging a trench for a downspout to flow away from the house without any additional fees. Was so satisfied with his work, referred him to a neighbor who will also be using him soon. He and his team will definitely be hired again real soon
I contacted Bin to renovate our backyard and get artificial turf installed to create an open space for our kids to play. This area was mostly with shrubs and plants before. Bin was very thorough and he explained the whole process in detail and answered all my questions with great patience. We also have a big maple tree in that space and he was very meticulous with his work around the tree. Overall, we are very happy with his work and we highly recommend him and Quick Yard Care for any landscaping work.
Bin's company install multicolored tile and built a pergola 140 SF on the installed tile. Both project came out beautifully. I would say the duration was approx. 1 1/2 weeks and it came in under my budget. I bid the project to 4 different people and bin was by far the more reasonable in terms of price and ideas for the project.
I appreciate Bin Ho of Quick Yard Care for being flexible with his terms and services. He is easy to negotiate with. He exhibited willingness to exceed my expectations and satisfaction.
stood me up
Overall we had a very good experience working with Bin and his crew. They were quick and professional. Bin was also friendly, flexible with our needs, and easy to work with. Bin was able to quickly build us a very nice deck and gated fence at a fair price in Oakland. We would hire him again and recommend him to others. Thank you Bin!
recently had the pleasure of working with Bin on my deck project, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. From the initial consultation to the final completion, their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. Quality of Work: The craftsmanship was outstanding, and the deck looks fantastic. Reliability: They worked efficiently and completed the project on schedule. Budget: The final cost aligned with the initial quote, and there were no unexpected surprises.
Bin and his team have become my favorite contractors! They built our yard after a storm destroyed it, it was unsafe and unsightly but within a week it transformed into my favorite spot to spend time! It was so easy to work with him, so communicative, and he came up with a couple of ideas that really improved the results. I’m looking forward to working with this team again in the future! 10/10 experience
Bin listens very carefully to what we want and he makes it possible. He seems to care a lot about quality and also considers the cost. Project not completely done yet so we’ll give him another review once completed.
