Did not follow instructions. Boxes were clearly labeled, directions were to load all fragile boxes first and sewing equipment last. The exact opposite was done. I spent more time undoing the terrible mess they made more than they spent making it. Do not hire for moving.

I had the very best experience using Quick Fix, Jonathan was a godsend. He was ready immediately to assemble my TV fireplace stand. I called at 4:00 PM and Jonathan was here at 5 PM. He did an excellent job took him two hours to do it. It was a lot of work but he did it. I am most pleased with his work and would definitely refer him to friends and family for sure.

I was planning on hiring him but I found someone that could do it right away. He had a job to do before me which I really didn’t give any notice because this came up all of a sudden.
We were in a stressful, crunch-time moving situation. I reached out at 6:00am on a Monday morning (no prior contact). Within 10 min I received a call and someone was sent by 8:00! They truly saved us. The gentleman that arrived (Jet) was so respectful, polite and knowledgeable of how to get things done quickly and efficiently. He was a delight to work with! We were so impressed, we hired him again the next day to help us at our new place. Truly grateful and pleased with the service we had!!

I needed an immediate response from QuickFix to finalize a move to a new apartment. He contacted me in short time and was able to accommodate my need for help. He was generous with his time and energy. And he's respectful, honest and considerate. I'm very glad he was able to take the time so I could finsh an exhausting relocation.
This is my second time using their services and like always exceptional and quick. My TV was mounted in less than 30 minutes and I just requested the service today, which made it even better.
I paid for 3 movers for 5 hours. Johnathon showed up a few minutes late alone. Evan, his partner arrived later. He charged me extra for everything not listed, even though I provided pictures of most of the items that needed to be moved. I had about three more boxes than expected. He charged me for that, no problem. I told home him the disassembly and reassembly of the heads were no longer required as I wasn’t bringing them. That should’ve offset the difference for the additional boxes and other items. He said no. However, he didn’t deduct the price for being a mover short. He and Evan left my place without completing the job, right after I paid and tipped them. My dining room table was left unassembled and TVs unmounted. He showed up at my place around 7pm. I told him I was unhappy with his services and asked if this is the way he always does business. Also, told him my walls were scuffed. He looked at me and said “I was trying to help YOU by removing the door to get the couch in.”i told him, he was helping as this wasn’t a free service. He got upset. I told him about not communicating he’d be a worker short. He responded stating, they completed the job in under the expected time of 5hrs. That was a lie. My table was left unassembled and the TVs weren’t mounted. He gave me a hard time about mounting the TV in my living room. His tone was condescending and dismissive as if I didn’t have the right to ask questions. He raised his voice and disrespected in my house, with my sons’ present. I told him to lower his voice. I considered calling the cops but didn’t. I diffused the situation and told him to mount the TVs in the bedrooms instead. The mounts were perfectly done. He left and forgot to reassemble my dining room table. I texted him, asking when he’d be able to come back and do it. He came back the next day at 9 am. He came as requested, with munchkins from Dunkin. I still felt the tension but ignored it so he could get the job done and leave. He was on his phone the entire time. After he left, I realized my dining room chair was damaged along with my ottoman, entertainment center, and nightstand. There were also items left at my apartment that he charged me extra for because they weren’t on the list. My treadmill, step ladder, and storage stand had to be transported to my new place by my car with the trunk opened. I will never hire him again for a move. I don’t have the time to micromanage someone to make sure they’re doing a job I paid them to do. The TVs he mounted were beautiful ly done.
Jonathan was very professional and answered all of my questions. Cleaned up all of the debris after taking down the fence. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing a handyman.
