Huge shoutout to Dan the man. Needed help with the washer and they came next day. Communication was great. Dan was very knowledgeable on the washer and was able to answer every question I had for him, as well as offer me great future recommendations for my appliances.
Dan was professional and polite. He was able to assess the situation quickly and come up with a plan to repair it.
My dryer door wouldn’t shut because the latch broke. Dan fixed it fast and did a great job! He was efficient, professional, and had excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
Anthony figured out the problem but had to order the part. Was able to fix my refrigerator in less then an hour.
Anthony arrived on time, had excellent communication and explained what he did. Although my problem wasn’t fixed, it was time for the appliance to be replaced was the verdict. Would recommend this service!
The jibs was fine but the issue continued and I had to call them back. Another technician came and fixed the issue and so far it’s good.
Excellent service and knowledge about our Samsung refrigerator ice maker! Even after manufacturing order delay, Quick Tweak Appliance Repair went out of their way to bring it out to us and install parts as soon as they could! Thanks to them making our noisy nonfunctional ice maker brand new again! We will hire these folks again to help with our aging appliances! Bravo!
Anthony and Dan were extremely helpful! Even though Maytag was bought out, they were able to order and replace a part in my oven without any issue.
Quick Tweak was fantastic! Our Bosch dishwasher stopped drying dishes, and Dan came out right away. He was on time, professional, and had everything fixed quickly. Now it’s working perfectly again. Super impressed with the service. Definitely recommend Quick Tweak if you need appliance repairs!
They were great and I would recommend them. Only issue was there was a part that went between the vent tube and the microwave that they said wasn't needed. But there is a gap there, so it is needed.
Everything went great! Saved me a huge Headache!
We had a fantastic experience. Our technicians went above and beyond to ensure the job was done perfectly. We will definitely use Quick Tweak again!
