Chef Naqui , catered our surprise 25th wedding anniversary for my wife and a few close friends. The food was out of this world we could not be happier. Naqui is an artist when it comes to food he and I talked about the menu and then he prepared it as he explained. We very much liked how he engaged us in what he was doing and how he made each of the recopies. PS: this is a tip that Naqui will not tell you unless asked" add his homemade chicken wings to your next catered party " He should patent the receipt and sell it to a national chain. The food was delicious! Chef Naqui and his crew prepared a superb brunch for 30. Everything was prepared just as I requested. The shrimp and grits, chopped cheese (NYC classic) chicken and waffles and strawberry lemonade were extraordinary! Thanks, Chef!
Please arrive on time, come prepare with the linens they want to use, listen to the client about taste ( when a client say to limit the use of salt please do), plan to feed adult size portions and actual have enough food for your client guess (especially if the client paid for more food then people showed) and don't lie to your client about the food preparations, and be sure to plan for guess drinks refills.

I hired Naqui and Quikee’s for 40th birthday party dinner. Naqui worked with us to create a custom menu for four course dinner. The food was amazing and the presentation was beautiful. His culinary skills were well displayed by the home made waffles and syrup for the chicken and waffle app, fresh homemade dinner rolls and home made vanilla wafers for banana pudding for dessert! The braised short rib was perfectly done and paired well with the crab cake. Everything was delicious! He was responsive throughout the process and made him self available for questions and was accommodating of last minute changes. Will def hire again in the future!
The food was amazing! We hired him for a bridal brunch everything was so delicious we hired him again for the actual wedding.
