R&S were the first to respond and offer a same day consultation for crumbling brickwork on an outside chimney. After sharing pictures of the damaged structure a quote was made up on the spot. I approved it and a good quality repair was completed within an hour. A written warranty was included. Very professional. A fair price.
Daniel did an amazing job with our fireplace! He fixed the gas line, painted the inside and added the nice crystal. He worked very hard, especially with removing an old gas line and grill. It looks like a new fireplace! Thanks for everything!
I called on Monday and got a quick response. The gentleman said that he will send Daniel in the afternoon. If I'm happy with the quote he can clean the dryer vent same day. Daniel was running late but called us 2x to let us know, which was appreciated. He started assessing and took pictures, was very polite and professional. The whole job took about 30 min. He showed us pictures of the clean vent then he cleaned up after. Highly recommend!

Daniel on team were super fast to respond punctual and did a great job. Quickly identified my issue and cleaned out my vent.
They don’t guarantee your duct will be cleared out. Said it would be $350 and I’d still clogged it will be $100. No thanks. I need to make sure that the duct is clear of any lint. Not to mention it was hard to communicate with the technician Danielle
They don't disconnect the dryer and clean the vent from inside. Apparently its extra charge which I was not aware of it. When I did vent cleaning few times previously with other providers, they always disconnected the dryer and cleaned it.
The service was done at my rental property, and the tenants indicated the technician was likable and the fireplace repaired. My personal interactions with him on the phone were positive. I recommended the service to another individual

Daniel convinced me on the spot that he knew what he was doing and exactly what we needed. He offered a great price and got a new chimney cap installed within half an hour. After this last bout of Santa Ana winds, it stuck tight and didn’t blow off. We couldn’t be more pleased with his work.
Sean came by the same day to inspect the inside of our fireplace. I can't say enough good things about our experience. He inspected what he needed to and suggested the repairs and didn't try to replace unnecessary items. We agreed on a price, and the work was completed the next day and looks great. Would definitely recommend. Gas line repair and interior paint project.

Ray was great—quick to respond and prompt with service. Very reasonable and professional. I found him on Thumbtack and I’m so glad I did. He knew exactly what was wrong with our glass door and fixed it, even though the glass wasn’t the right fit for our fireplace door. Ray also noticed that our chimney was very dirty and took care of that as well. It saved me an extra trip and a lot of time. Highly recommend!
R&S sent someone to our house who did not complete the repair. We paid $600 and our fireplace is not working. The tech claims the tenant is responsible.
I didn’t know what to expect when I scheduled an appointment, initially looking to get one of many quotes. The technician, Sam, arrived on time and inspected my attic where the air system was located. He informed me that he found mold, showed me photos and videos he took, and I was shocked. He showed me photos that my ducts up there were clean and didn’t need cleaning, which was what I thought I needed. I had another company come out before Sam, and they didn’t say anything about the mold (I assumed they didn’t check as thoroughly), so I’m happy I got a second opinion. This is why I always need to get multiple quotes because every company will tell you something different and give you a wide range of costs. The services Sam completed: vacuumed air return system, cleaned and disinfected main system, used KILZ to prevent mold growth, 5-year warranty. I was very happy with his work, explanations, reassurances that my ducts/vents were not the current problems. The warranty policy helped seal the deal, so I scheduled a follow up inspection a year from now. Thank you!
