The pro was early to the appointment. While working on my PC he was very professional and checked every possible thing that could be wrong with my PC. He found the issue quickly and fixed the problem. Also, left a number for me to call if anything else goes wrong. Overall, an amazing experience.

Ricki came out and had the laptop fixed in no time at all.
Rikki was great to work with! Very knowledgeable and got my computer up and running efficiently again, fixed my printer, and great to work with! Would definitely recommend!!
He contacts you back really fast I needed help at 11:30 at night and it only took about 15 mins for him to reach out. He was on time and He fixed My PC in a quick fashion. He even cleaned it out to make sure it’s not any dust.
R2 was on time, knowledgeable, responsive to my needs and, and reasonable in his charges. I will use him again.
If I have any future computer needs, this is who I’m going to for help. He came picked up my computer, diagnosed the problem and had multiple repair options for me to choose from. From the diagnosis to the repair cost, the price was very reasonable. They have my business from now on.
Would definitely recommend R2. They are very knowledgeable, response time was impressive and their rates are very fair.
