Raavels Restoration was extremely helpful in getting our hot water tank, furnace, and air conditioner back to working condition after this power outage that resulted in the flooding of our basement. They were very responsive and able to come that same day and their prices were very affordable. Mike was kind and patient with my elderly parents and explained the process and made sure that all repairs were necessary. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Mike is a true professional and excellent at what he does. I have an older house that had a gas leak and he came in on short notice and worked his tail off until the job was done to make sure that no leaks existed and we could get our gas turned back on. He is prompt, courteous, thorough, and super knowledgeable about all things, plumbing and HVAC. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
I’m really disappointed. I hired this company for a kitchen backsplash project. Not only was I left waiting while other customers’ projects were prioritized over mine (the labor was five days in total spanned over a 10-day period), but I was left with unfinished edges, uneven caulk lines, grout smears on the tile and my door trim. Some of the tiles on the backsplash have gouges in them. I take accountability for maybe not picking out the easiest tile for this project, but I looked to Mike for guidance on that and he said it was ok. I bought products to clean up the thick and uneven caulk lines but it didn’t help. I bought product to clean up the stuck grout: I’ve spent a lot of time myself trying to clean up this backsplash so it looks polished but it is truly a sloppy mess. I am out $1,000 in labor and materials and now it will cost me even more money to get someone to rip it out and redo it the right way. I’m super disappointed and feel really taken advantage of.
