I am super happy with radiance pools. He tells me exactly what he’s going to do and he let me buy my own chlorine tabs which saves money. He does a great job and it’s reasonable.
This company is very professional and even sends a weekly update with pictures and DETAIL about the service they conducted. I would highly recommend them they are honest and so far they have cont to be great.

Relationship started out Ok. The owner appeared knowledgeable and willing to help us troubleshoot some issues regarding our heater. He even told us how to fix the problem without charging us. Great start! We entered into a monthly service agreement and as the months went on it was clear our technician was unreliable. He would not spend much time on the pool, claim he did services he didn’t actually do, claim he took chemical reading he never actually took, not show up for the service, etc. Then our pool developed a black algae problem. The technician never recommended an action plan or even seem to care about the problem. We alerted the owner, Kyle, who asked for more information. They simply tried to treat with chemicals, which weren’t working. The condition in the pool lingered. No action plan was ever devised to fix the problem. Very inattentive. We cancelled our service and told Kyle about the ongoing problems and our frustrations. He didn’t even bother to write back. Mediocre pool service at best. Perhaps other pool techs are better and more knowledgeable? Who knows, but we will be moving on to a pool company that cares more and can actually act on pool problems when they arise.
I decided to go with Radiance after a interviewing the other one you sent me which i had some problems with!
Owner, ironically, does not take ownership of his business, does not attempt to correct the action and "decides without consulting" client to charge double for his services after months of unsatisfactory work. Buyer beware! Sign a contract and get in writing all thr service you expect, AND get in writing whether you are paying before or after service, as he has "changed" his mind. Clearly lots of complaints have occurred because they also changed their phone number 3 months before reporting it to customers. After 2 years of service, quality in work performed deteriorated significantly, owner did NOT even attempt to satisfy or increase service after 3 straight months of a service person lying about the pool service performed. The owners answer was to, without communicating, move us down to 1 service a month, yet still charged the same price. Pictures attached are 2 hours after "service" stated vacuuming and cleaning skim basket.
Our experience with Radiance in the Arcadia area was incredibly disappointing. We hired them to care for our brand new pool, and are now dealing with the aftermath of their poor service. Their tech would typically only spend minutes each week (if they showed at all) and now after only 16 months were forced to drain the pool because its alkalinity level is 3x the norm (a sign that their inexperienced techs weren't paying attention to chemical levels and just putting chlorine tabs in each week) with thick calcium rings at the water level. Their owner Kyle is extremely responsive, but I would use caution before hiring as their model seems to focus on quantity over quality. Great customer service, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are off to a good start with getting the pool swim ready.
They are doing a wonderful job on my pool. My pool is definitely a lot of work I am at the base of South Mountain and I get a lot of animals and dirty at my pool and thus far this company has been fantastic.
