My furnace stopped working, and I was not in a position to replace it, just needed someone to come out, find the problem and repair it, at reasonable cost. Jake came out, did a thorough diagnostic and was able to see that the blower on my furnace was no good. He took the time to explain a few things about the furnace and where the air filters are housed. I truly appreciated his patience and professionalism. He gave a reasonable price for an OEM blower replacement and quite unexpectedly offered to throw in 2 air filters for both of my units! Day of install, he arrived on time with the blower motor and the 2 filters as promised. I truly appreciate Jake, and would highly recommend him and Radiant Air Systems to anyone.
