I worked as a private chef for Mr. and Mrs. Richard LeFrak in the Hamptons last summer. My previous 6-month contract was to be a vegan chef to an Oscar-winning actress at the set of her new show. Now I am back at another set, cooking daily meals for her from a vegan food truck. I cooked for families throughout college, bartended in NYC, and started writing a food blog. I run my own business catering private events on weekends. I also hold a WSET Level 3 Wine certification and offer wine & food pairing dinner option. I am getting certified as a nutrition coach. I specialize in healthy, nutrient-dense cooking and can accommodate any dietary restrictions. My favorite cuisine is Mid-Eastern. I hold a NYS Food Handler’s License and SafeServ certification. I am also a TIPS-certified bartender.

Radka is amazing! She truly takes pride in her work and that shows not only in the presentation but also the quality of her meals. Extremely professional and very friendly. Radka was able to accommodate the guests in our party that are vegan and gluten-free, creating a whole separate menu of items they were able to eat. She worked tirelessly while our party relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. 10/10, highly recommended!

Radka was wonderful to work with. She curated a great menu for my Easter/Birthday brunch buffet and everything was delicious. I booked her to stay for a couple hours to replenish the platters throughout the brunch and so that I could enjoy my day, which I was fully able to do. She even made sure the leftovers were put away properly which made for a great breakfast the next morning. Overall I was very impressed with Radka's professionalism, her culinary skills and her overall calm and pleasant demeanor.
Radka was super accommodating. She made excellent menu recommendations and everything was delicious. Some of us were having Chicken Tikka masala for the first time and will most certainly be having it again! Let’s hope it tastes like Radka’s. :) The salad was perfect and she even made us all perfect mini lava cakes. She was super pleasant throughout every interaction. Highly recommended!!!! Next time I host an event like this, I would absolutely choose Radka.

Special birthday meal first class from start to finish, an experience everyone should try at least once!! Radka cooked my girlfriend's family and I, an incredible meal to celebrate a 30th birthday!!! A fantastic mediterranean meal from start to finish. We had Hummus with ground beef start, Arayes followed by a 3 course meal with dessert. During the menu selection Radka listened to all our requirements and allowed us to customise the menu. The selection was ours and she accommodated without hesitation. Each dish was beautifully constructed and tasted as good as it looked. We could totally relax as Radka made sure everything was taken care of, providing crockery and leaving a spotless kitchen afterwards. We are delighted to have discovered you Radka, and thank you very much again for a wonderful evening. We hope to have another dinner again soon!
