I needed a curtain rod hung. Rafael was on time and went right to work. He was attentive to every aspect of process and made sure I gave the thumbs up on everything. He knew what he was doing which set my mind at ease and a pleasure have in my home.
Rafael did a great job, the work was a bit more than expected but he finished and all parties were very excited for the new Aquarium Stand. Clean up was a breeze, would highly recommend him for any project in the future
Hired to assemble a basketball hoop. Came on time and completed the job which was more complex than originally thought. Stayed late even when it became dark and completed job despite assembly parts being different from instructions
Had a great experience with rafael. He was on time, professional and went the extra mile to do a great job installing a play gym for my kid. Would recommend him and hire him again.
Rafael came to hang a large picture in my living room. He was on time (as a matter fact, 10 minutes early and he called me to see if it was OK, which was great). My picture was hung perfectly. Rafael is such a nice person. I will definitely use him again. He’s got a great work ethic and philosophy.
They never allow you to pick all of the wonderful characteristics of the professionals Rafael fits all five. He was responsive and was able to complete a project that needed to be done today which was my grandson’s bed coming in. I was not aware that IKEA would have that many pieces to a bed without alphabetizing the pieces that go together, but it didn’t stop him. He read and reread the instructions as well as the manual and was able to come to the conclusion that we purchased extra pieces that were not needed so it took him a little bit longer, but he smiled and was professional and never waived. He was determined to finish it as he says he wants to make a long time relationship. I’m going to include pictures. I’ve been working on this project and next week when it’s time for my grandson‘s dresser and it’s nightstand. I will call him to come back. My grandson also learned a lot by watching him and wanted to participate to understand how to put this complicated bed together thank you Rafael. See you in a couple of weeks.
Came right away when I asked if he had time to come today. Would use again Built a shoe storage rack
Responded quickly and came out on same day. Worked very quickly as well. Fair price. Would definitely recommend.
He is extremely helpful, kind and quick!
Totally botched the project (assemble Murphy bed and desk). Shotty work that now needs to be fixed by someone else because it’s a safety issue, and he didn’t respond when I followed up on these concerns. - Bed was installed upside down causing problems with opening/closing and the mattress shifts - drilled uneven holes where there weren’t any - missing screws/parts - crooked cabinet doors that won’t close
I am so pleased! This was indeed an intricate job and Raphael and asst Cesar got this done in great time and with no nicks or chips, and in perfect working condition. Highly recommend!
Rafael dd a great job assembling a bathroom cabinet for us! Very responsive, quick, and charged a good price
I recently hurt my back and I coundn't complete basic house tasks ( assemble/install bookshelf and place rug under a queen bed). Rafael communicated well leading up to appointment and price we agreed on via text was a good value. However, I recommend that you are clear on price with Rafael before work starts, so there are no surprises. The shelf took longer than he expected and the rug task really needed a second person, which based on his texts he had if needed. Also be clear on your expectations prior to accepting job, especially if you expect vacuuming and picking up stray nails/screws. He didn't think that was part of the job, so my partner had to do it afterwards.
Rafael did an amazing job assembling my Italian bed frame and did not disappoint! He was adept at putting this bed frame together without instructions! This bed frame had been through multiple moves and I had lost hope that it could be easily assembled. Rafael proved me wrong and I am so happy I hired him! His pricing, work ethic and professionalism are exactly what you would want in a home repair professional. I will definitely be hiring him again in the future!
Rafael showed up on time was very professional. He did the work in a timely manner was extremely polite and I appreciated his workmanship and quality.
Rafael is an exceptionally hardworking person—punctual, diligent, and eager to learn new things. He’s also willing to take on tasks he hasn’t done before. I asked if he could try a commercial job, and he agreed. Once he arrived, he and his partner got to work right away, figured everything out, and completed the job in an hour and a half, charging a very reasonable fee. I’m extremely satisfied with his work and would gladly hire him again.
Rafael was wonderful to work with. His communication was clear, he arrived on time, and he did a beautiful job assembling the furniture. Everything came out perfect, and he made the whole process easy. I’d gladly hire him again.
