Reviews
I reached out same day. He brought me a rental dumpster and it was even a holiday weekend. I really will recommend this company and will use in the future.
We had a great experience! We received a text same day for service next day. We had a lot of boxes and furnitures/ crate to pickup after moving and glad we used RaGo’s services for this. Competitive pricing, very professional and quick turnaround. I would recommend RaGo’s services to anyone! Thank you
I cannot say enough good things about RaGo. They arrived when they said they would. They made sure I had updates prior to arrival. There was no financial surprises. They completed the job in a timely manner. Highly Recommend.
I hired this junk removal service through Thumbtack. The job was completed quickly and the items were removed as agreed. However, during the visit the worker asked me about bed bugs, and I later heard him asking my neighbor the same question, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. At one point his truck also blocked my neighbor’s driveway while he was working. After payment, I overheard additional conversation about disposal costs and the items being removed. Overall, the work was done, but the communication and professionalism did not meet expectations.
Great experience. Fast communication. Did as promised.
Rago was quick to respond to my request and flexible with the quote on removing item I had. Scheduled pick up within my schedule (next week). Will add to this review once service is completed
I cannot believe how much I enjoyed using this company. They came when somebody else backed out and couldn’t have been more professional or kind - they came when they said they’d be here and they took my couch and rug away without any issues at all. I would highly recommend them to move anything you have to get rid of!!!
He did a great job hauling my deep freeze away. He was very quick to respond to my request for a bid. He kept in contact up until arrival. Very friendly and got the job done quickly.
RaGo was very professional, punctual, and at a reasonable price. We would use them again.
Excellent!
Very responsive, on time and professional. Highly recommend.
I had a a project to get rid of clutter in my garage. Efren(I hope that I spelled it right) was there at exactly the time he promised. He texted, " I'm outside." He told me what could be in the dumpster and what could not. He gave me price upfront, unhooked the trailer and he told me to let him know when I was done. The next day, he came back and told me that there was still room on the trailer. So I addressed a big "elephant in the room" type eyesore in my den. Let's just say we made beautiful music together (smash!!) and neither one of us ever played the piano. Efren and RaGo Dump thoroughly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend them and will be reaching out when I finally tackle my basement.
