We are very happy we hired Gilberto to take care of our pool. It was very green because our other pool guy moved and other pool people I contacted were quoting me outrageous prices to clean the green pool. My husband is very picky with who takes care of our pool and he’s happy with Gilberto’s knowledge and work ethic. His monthly fee is very reasonable compared to everyone else and we’re very happy with the quality of his work.

Reviews
Gilberto does a great job! He kept me informed & sent pics to show his work progress. I really appreciated being kept updated on a rental property he worked in for me. He has been great to work with!
Gilbertis was very good. Did all I asked of him. Came back today to check the pool.

Very good experience
Gilberto is a very responsible outstanding young man cleans my pool very well and knows the functions of my filter very well. Also would recommend him to anybody.
Ramirez doing a great job quickly! And I can enjoy my pool weekend!
All round a very good service! I would highly recommend them.
SCAM ALRET!!! Pool owners beware! Gilberto will take your money and never responds if anything goes wrong with your pool. I hired him to install a variable speed pump for my pool, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Actually I should say my experience was aweful. Quality of Work: The pump installation was sub-par. The pump was not leveled properly, and the installation was not sturdy. He stuffed some scrap pieces of wood and plastic under the pump to level it but the pump started shaking and making a lot of noise due to not being firmly constrained. Within an hour of the job being "completed," the outlet of the pump started leaking. Communication: Gilberto assured me that I could text him if any issues arose. However, when I did reach out immediately after the leak started, he ignored my messages and gave hand-wavy responses. Eventually, he outright told me to hire a plumber to fix the issue, showing a lack of responsibility and professionalism. Reliability: His timing was far from reliable, and he did not respond well to my concerns. His disregard for the agreed-upon follow-up shows a significant lack of commitment to his work and customer satisfaction. Professionalism: The contractor's behavior was unethical, as he did not honor his own words. Ignoring my messages and ultimately telling me to hire someone else is unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend Gilberto for any installation or repair work. The experience was frustrating, and the lack of professionalism and accountability was extremely disappointing. I consider the money I gave him a loss.
Gilberto was very responsive, very quick to attend, extremely professional , and reasonable pricing.
Gilberto is very professional and thorough in cleaning up my hot tub. Highly recommend.
This company completely failed ! I hired them and paid them for weekly service. I was gone for one month and came back to a pool that was obvious that was never cleaned - dark green algae everywhere Stay away from this one !!
Great work with reasonable price. Ontime show up and worked quickly without much delay. Answered all questions.
Fast and efficient service. Cleaned my hot tub thoroughly.
