Reviews
Outstanding work! Ramos Tree Care's team performed above and beyond expectations - hire them, you made the right choice!
They are out of Murphysboro and just happened to be in my area when I submitted the request, the gentleman was very quick about responding and coming over and providing me with a quote. Unfortunately, I went with a local company due to the amount, which I’m sure had something to do with current fuel prices and them not being in my backyard.
I highly recommend Ramos Tree Care. They responded to all our questions, got the job done quickly and did a great job. Price was very reasonable.
Owner is was very responsive and nice to work with. His crew missed a few things and he was very helpful to make sure the job was done right and result was what we expected. Everything was worked out and he was great to work with.
They communicated with me on a timely basis, but the team never showed up to do the work. The time they were to show up was picked by them, not me. The manager said they would be here first thing in the morning, then 1pm, then 2:30pm but they never showed up. Unfortunate.
Excellent job
By doing what was agreed to. I was promised a time and date but I have not heard from or seen them.
Thank you for a quick and fair quote and for completing the stump grinding the next day! Wonderful service.
