Reviews
Kenny did a fabulous job sealing my driveway; I am very pleased with his work. He was easy to work with, kept me updated throughout the process, and even rearranged his schedule to fit better with mine. A++++ and highly recommend!
ken was very polite,on time and did a very professional job.wound not hesitate to hire him again
Contacted me immediately after I submitted a request for estimate. Gave me a very reasonable estimate and was able to do the work that same day. Arrived when he said he would and got right to work. Did a great job and I will be hiring him the next time I need my driveway seal coated.
Kenneth was amazing, he did everything I asked for and then some. Quality of his work was exemplary and cleaned my entire house for a very fair price. Most importantly he was very professional from the time I had to reschedule to the time he showed up and demeanor while working. I would highly recommend him. See before and after shots.
Very bad job and completely unacceptable workmanship. He did not fill the cracks as we agreed. He tried to save on materials and only partially filled one crack, leaving a large crack completely unfilled. The work was rushed and incomplete. I showed him my neighbor’s driveway as an example of the smooth, finished look I wanted, and he told me he would do the same. Instead, he only partially filled one crack and applied one seal coat. When I explained that this was not what I had requested or agreed to, rather than addressing the issue professionally, he threatened me with attorneys and told me he has many attorneys in his family. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the work and the way he handled my complaint. I would not recommend him to anyone. I also intend to report the threatening behavior to Thumbtack because customers should be able to raise legitimate concerns about incomplete or unsatisfactory work without being intimidated or threatened.
Competent, courteous and thorough. I liked Kenneth, I liked his work.
I had a great experience with Jet Black Seal Coating. The owner is a nice young man who was professional, punctual, and took pride in his work. The driveway looks fantastic, and the attention to detail really shows. I would definitely recommend Jet Black Seal Coating to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!
After my house dried this is what showed up. It was rushed and sloppy. Nothing but water was used.
Great experience with Kenneth. Highly recommended.
Ken was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and made sure I was satisfied with the finished product. Driveway was brought back to life.
He does excellent work.
Kenny was very polite, professional and right on time. Value was second to none. Needed the job done fast and with care. He used good materials as well. Very professional and polite. Thanks Kenny.
