Listen to customer when they decline installation of anti-virus software at a cost of $150. Microsoft’s Defender anti-virus software works just fine without the extra cost. This is particularly disappointing when a family member like myself arranges computer help for their aunt who has zero technology understanding, is 87 years old, is on Social Security and has limited income streams. Prior to the visit, I clearly communicated that all conversations would have to be with me, not my aunt. I stated that anti-virus software was not needed but technician sold it any way since she was paying the bill. Poor integrity.

The technician didn't know how to open a hard drive. He ended up damaging it. I had to tell him the screws could be behind the warranty sticker. The photos speak for themselves. For a 20 min shoddy job I was invoiced $150 with a damaged hard drive. Stay well clear off this company. I even doubt his software which could not detect the hard drive at .
