Frank was great. He removed everything that was damaged by rat infestation, cleaned all of the feces and urine out of the storage areas and placed traps. He told us exactly what he found and explained to us his process and said he will be returning regularly to check the traps and check for any new signs of infestation. Very easy to work with and pleasant and professional.

I had a great experience with Rat Specialists. We were facing an issue with rodents and once I spoke to this company it was like I didn’t have to worry about this issue and it was in good hands. The technician came the same day and offered a good plan and a very reasonable quote. I would highly recommend the Rat Specialists.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE. AVOID AT ALL COST. We got in contact with Frank in January, it is now about to be June, and we still have holes in our ceiling that he never patched. He sent a colleague yesterday who didn’t bring the equipment he needed and then used duct tape on our walls and floor, completely ruining the paint and hardwood. Didn’t even finish the patch job. Then after saying he’d come fix it, Frank cancels an hour before he was scheduled to arrive, asking for yet another rescheduled time. We now have to get holes patches, walls repainted, and floor fixed, which will cost more than what Frank originally charged for our rat problem. DO NOT HIRE.
Frank and his employee did an excellent job handling the rat problem at my house. He was able to find and block all entrances they had made and then began the slow process of clearing out the stragglers. Great work and good quality. One great thing they did was pay careful attention to our home as they worked to make sure it stayed clean. I was really amazed by it because I’ve seen contractors treat my home willy-nilly on jobs and it sucks. Frank struggled with punctuality however. Over the course of handling our rat issue, he no-showed four times with no update. The first two I got some good excuses (accident, truck broke down), but the next two were just flat out no-shows. The worst that came of it was a rat left dead in the ceiling for two weeks, but I didn’t notice it. After sealing the hole they cut in my ceiling to treat, they never showed back up to finish the texturing even though they promised they would(see attached pic). A word of advice - do not pay him the full upfront cost of service if you are not a pushy person or he may disappear on you. He does an excellent job, but definitely need someone to help with scheduling! Or - to save yourself the stress - find someone else with good expertise AND good punctuality
