Reviews
They did an excellent job — they completely removed the bird nests, cleaned up all the droppings, and installed the vent very professionally.
Great experience
Can’t recommend them enough!
It was fast and professional with good value.
Jairo responded to my inquiry right away and was able to provide same-day service. He was prompt and provided alot of information about the inspection and other services the company provides. Price was a great value, will definitely hire them again in the future.
Michael came by to provide a comprehensive inspection and thereafter quote for how much it would be to remedy the issues found throughout my newly purchased home. The man clearly knows his craft and I was very impressed by his willingness to get on the roof with me to track down the source of ants.
Mike and Jairo are total professionals when it comes to pest control. After receiving a questionable WDI report from Pest Now, we called up Ratpack for a second opinion, and we’re so happy that we did this. Mike showed me where the pests were living and a realistic solution as to what needed to be done. These are the guys you want inspecting your home if you want an honest pest report.
Ratpack did a great job treating our house. They were quick to respond, have excellent customer service, took the time to show us issues and answer questions (even after they left). They completed the work quickly and were a pleasure to deal with for this issue. They have our business for all of our pest issues now.
