Didn't end up hiring RAV Construction, but they were professional, responsive, and excellent at explaining all the options in detail.

About RAV Construction
Hi, I’m the owner of RAV Construction. I’ve been working in construction and home repairs since 2017 and serve Lynnwood and the surrounding Snohomish County area. I handle both small handyman jobs and larger renovation projects. No job is too small — from changing light fixtures or fixing drywall — and no job is too big if you need serious repairs or upgrades. One of our main specialties is fence and deck restoration and installation. We provide professional fence and deck repairs, new installations, pressure washing, staining, and refinishing to restore and protect outdoor wood structures. Services I regularly provide include: * Fence installation, repair & restoration * Deck installation, repair & restoration * Fence & deck staining / refinishing • Emergency handyman service (same day / urgent repairs) • General handyman work • Drywall repair & installation • Interior & exterior painting • Flooring installation & repairs • Fence installation & fence repairs • Light fixtures, outlets, switches, and small electrical work • Door, trim, baseboard installation • General home repairs and maintenance Free estimates available. Fast response. Message me and let’s talk about your project.

Right on time and free estimates! Very polite and professional.
Great Work
This was an emergency fix of a fence where a branch tore panels Andrii was responsive. Gave me a very detailed and accurate estimate. And he was on time to deliver and complete. Very impressed.
Andrii quickly went to work. after assessing the task. he had to leave to go get the correct tool but returned to finish the job.
They jumped all over my project, showed up the next day and did an efficient, professional and masterful job staining my fence. Can’t thank you enough!
I had an amazing experience working with Andrii, He built a fence for me, and the final result turned out even better than I expected. The quality of the work is outstanding — everything was done beautifully, professionally, and with great attention to detail. He also gave me the best price compared to other options I looked at, without sacrificing quality at all. I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out! He is reliable, hardworking, professional, and truly knows his craft. It’s not always easy to find someone who delivers exactly what they promise, but he absolutely exceeded my expectations. I would 100% recommend AV Construction to anyone looking for high-quality work at a fair price. I will definitely be contacting him again for future projects!!!!!
No skill, planning, or workmanship. Not to be rehired.
These guys were great. They helped work through some problems with the repair and came up with a great outcome. I would love to hire them again.
Awesome to work with. Project done very professionally with respect to my home. Highly recommended.
We hired Andrii to paint a small home office, including walls, ceiling, trim, and doors in a dark saturated color. Unfortunately, the final result did not meet expectations for finish quality or attention to detail. Issues included: * Uneven and messy paint lines around doors, trim, and wallpaper edges * Paint left on door hardware * Visible drips/runs * Roller marks/flashing throughout the walls * Inconsistent finish quality in multiple areas We also encountered a pricing issue during the project. After arriving on-site, the quote increased to include a second coat, which should have been anticipated and included in the original estimate given the dramatic color change and project scope. To his credit, Andrii was responsive and polite, and we did give him the opportunity to return and correct the issues before posting a review. However, based on the final workmanship, we would recommend being very clear upfront about finish expectations if hiring for detailed interior painting or darker color-drenched spaces. We are posting sample photos of the workmanship issues for reference.
They helped me out with a last minute paint job, painting the front deck before listing my house for sale. Great work, responsive, definitely recommend !
This team completed the project quickly and with good quality results.
