This company removed most of a truly huge oak limb. His pricing was fair. He did a reasonable job getting smaller limbs and leaves up. He drove 1 hr to my home. Efficient work. Thank you.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be called out. My interaction with Rayo Lawn Care was one of the most unprofessional, disappointing, and frankly disgusting service encounters I’ve ever had. Mr. Bertin responded to my post and expressed that he was interested in job, after I gave him my address (huge mistake) him and his team showed up and I could tell a bit of hostility. He tried to scam me out of paying way more for what they cut grass in my area, and I was willing to negotiate but he hostility and mannerism were uneasy. What should have been a simple job turned into a mess I regret ever entertaining. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and find someone who values professionalism and takes pride in their work because this company clearly doesn’t.
