Chef Rich catered my wife and daughter's Celebration of Life. He and his team came in, set up and had the buffet ready right on time. The brisket and chicken were amazing, the brisket getting compliments from almost every guest. Rich's fee is very reasonable and presents great value for his services. If I ever again need catering, Rich will be my go-to, without any doubt.

Hired Chef Rich for my wedding to cater buffet style Mediterranean for almost 300 guests, with many children. Really appreciated the promptness of all his replies and the flexibility in offering discounts for child guests, and definitely thought that hiring 2 of his staff to continually refill the buffet line was highly worth it. Main drawback was that the food aesthetically was a bit limp, but understandable because of the scale of the wedding. Overall had a good time working with him.

Rich and his team catered our work event for 100 people. We went with an American menu of braised brisket (amazing!!!), lemon herbed chicken, roasted red potatoes, veggie medley, rolls and lemonade and tea. We recently switched those this Chef from one I was previously using for our annual Christmas Party and wow. First the chef was open to suggestions, provided own ideas. Second he kept us fully updated along the way. 3rd, he showed up when needed, food was hot and ready to serve. 4th, the food was amazing. I cant recommend him enough for his efforts. I will certainly be hiring him again next year.
Such a beautiful spread for my grand opening. Rich and his wife did an excellent job. The food was tasty, reasonably priced, and punctual. Rich is a very good communicator and an excellent chef. We highly recommend the mini Wellington’s and stuffed mushrooms. Would highly recommend.
