What a great experience. It’s nice when you have someone that comes to your house is very knowledgeable and also gives you some good advice. I was one of the lucky ones and didn’t have mold. I would highly recommend them for multiple reasons but as a person in the industry, I would use them again without question.
I have not currently hired Ready 2 Inspect, but I plan to as soon as I have the funds secured. Their professionalism was above reproach. They were exactly on time to the appointment and though the price is higher than I have at this moment, the value is without question. I plan to secure thee funds and get back with them.
I had a mold inspection by ready to inspect several months ago. I was impressed with the ease of making the appointment and the professionalism of the technician. Mold was not found and I was relieved. Although I meant to complete this review earlier I am pleased to give the firm two thumbs up today.
John is an awesome guy and makes you satisfied throughout the inspection.
Haven’t had to execute a big fix because nothing concerning was found. Came when he said, checked everything and gave me a plan. We will circle back if that doesn’t solve the issue. Will use them in the future for sure
I booked an appointment to inspect my home due to hurricane damage. I booked using the scheduler which I assume syncs with their calendar and shows their availability, but nobody showed up. They sent me a message asking to see the damage first. I guess they didn't want to waste their time because they are so busy but I'm a consumer as well and my time is just as valuable. It's unacceptable and warranted a phone call if you didn't intend on showing up for a booking schedule on YOUR platform. I'll let my HOA community know, which has over 200 members in its chat group, to look for another company that actually will value their business.
We had a great experience using this company. I would definitely use them again. He was very professional and has a great personality. He explained the process, assessed the water damage in the home, set up the blowers and other equipment for three days and ensured the floors were dry. He did not pressure us for money and offered us fair pricing.
I cannot express how appreciative I was for John’s honesty, professionalism and kindness when he came to my home to inspect my issue. He was very straightforward and provided needed information. Thank you.
