I reached out for an inquiry and when someone got back to me with a price I told them "thank you but that is way too expensive". They then replied "have a great day I hope you find the help you are looking for". I thought that was the end of the conversation but then they kept messaging trying to haggle a price and possibly only offer a portion of the assistance I was seeking in order to receive a cheaper price. This went on for several messages but I eventually thanked them and let the person know that I appreciated them attempting to work something out buy that they clearly were not able to assist me with everything I needed. They said have a great day but then offered me another extremely high quote again for the full service I was requesting and when I reminded them that this price was too high and that I had already let them know this towards the beginning of our communication, they then proceeded to tell me "Do it yourself. Have a great day". This was so unnecessary and unprofessional as they were clearly irritated that I did not accept their ridiculously expensive quote.

David was really good to work with. They were very careful in moving the items into the house (cognizant of walls and corners). Though I didn't have much to move as it was, they were very expedient in getting everything done; basically they were done in about 45 mins.
Great company to work with. I had previously hired another company to take off junk for my daughter. They didn’t get all of it because the trainer was too small. So I decided to hire someone else to finish the job. I wished I had hired Ready Removal the first time. This is a very honest company with hard working guys at a great price. Thank you!

David was responsive and arrived when he said he would. He hauled away all the debris. We also plan on having him pressure wash two houses for us.

We hired Ready Removal to transport and connect a fridge to a home we are selling. Within 2 days of their service, a leak was detected in the basement directly below the refrigerator. Roto Rooter stated the issue was due to the fridge being improperly connected. I was quoted $1,500+ worth of water damage drying and repair. Drywall and trim had to be cut out to dry everything. Initially, David seemed willing use his insurance to cover the damage (although it took days of calls and emails to get him on the phone). However, after that, I called and emailed him daily for over a week and a half and he's been completely unresponsive. I only received one text message in which he said we are "trying to take advantage of him". Everyone makes mistakes, but when you are not willing to even respond or work with an unsatisfied client, that's really concerning. In his bio he says he's 100% committed to customer satisfaction, but our experience does not reflect this at all. I cannot recommend his service because if you are unsatisfied he may completely ignore you like he did with us. We just paid $1,500 worth of damage repair. There was zero willingness to take responsibility or even talk on the phone to discuss a solution. Even if he believed he didn't cause the issue, his unwillingness to even speak with us is very unprofessional.

I had a visit for junk removal SCHEDULED within 15m of me reaching out on Thumbtack! Upon arrival, the guy who came out was friendly and got the work done quickly. They were communicative throughout and met my expectations.
