Aleksei from Ready Steady construction was professional, responsive, customer oriented and answered all the questions I had. He was knowledgeable and delivered on his word. He resurfaced our deck, which took some time as he paid attention to the details and fixed all the loose screws in the process. I woulf highly recommend him.

Reviews
Alex and his team are remarkable. They did carpentry, deck resurfacing, and exterior house painting. They charged a fair price. They showed up on time everytime. Their work is meticulous. Their skill level is super high. It's the best work we've had done to our house in the 28 years we've owned it. I will be hiring them again.
Great service and very helpful
Alexi did an excellent job putting sealant on my patio wall to prevent rain water from coming in. Not only that, he did extra work for free! He was cheerful and personable. He communicated well when setting up the appointment and arrived punctually. Highly recommended!
He was very friendly very professional was very thorough even after I told him what was wrong he double verified to make sure that that was the actual problem. Definitely going to use him for future projects.
Will use again. Thank you.
His work ethic and workmanship quality are excellent. His accent is very heavy , but he is very patient and works well with the interpretation apps. Would highly recommend His work. We still are waiting on an order that needs to be replaced. The wood came damaged. I will post pictures once that is completed
Hereâs an expanded version of your review for Aleksei: I recently moved into a new house and needed help installing artwork on my walls as well as setting up some electrical fixtures like my TV and other gadgets. I found Aleksei through a service provider who frames art and paintings. The framer recommended I use Thumbtack, which is how I came across Aleksei. From the very first interaction, I could tell he was professional and detail-oriented. He reached out promptly and asked all the right questionsâwhat type of framing we were hanging, the type of mounting hardware we had, and other specifics. It was clear he wanted to ensure we both had a solid understanding of the scope of the work before starting. When Aleksei arrived, he was right on time. He was polite, friendly, and went straight to work. What immediately stood out was how meticulous he was. He took great care in measuring the walls and frames, ensuring everything was perfectly aligned and proportionate. The minute he hung the first piece of art in my room, I knew I was dealing with a true professional. Throughout the day, Aleksei remained laser-focused, tackling multiple tasks with precision and care. He didnât cut corners or rush the jobâinstead, he approached every piece of artwork and every fixture as if it was the most important item in the house. By the end of the day, my walls were beautifully decorated with my favorite artwork, and my home truly felt like it had come to life. The attention to detail and effort he put into making everything perfect made a huge difference. Not only did Aleksei do a tremendous job, but he was also incredibly easy to talk to. He was personable, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about doing the best job possible. If youâre looking for a skilled handyman to help with anything at your home or officeâwhether itâs hanging artwork, installing fixtures, or other general tasksâI wholeheartedly recommend Aleksei. His professionalism, expertise, and friendly attitude make him a standout choice, and I wouldnât hesitate to hire him again for future projects. Alex Lopez
Aleksei was amazing. Our overhead microwave died last night, and less than 24 hours later I have a brand new one installed where the old one was. He was able to schedule a same day installation, was punctual with his arrival time, and had the entire job completed in 90 minutes, for less than the cost of Best Buy installation and all of his competitors on this app. I am extremely impressed with his value, punctuality and professionalism, and I will use his services again in the future as he told me he can handle any handyman service I might require. Thank you so much Aleksei!!!
I struggled with my kitchen cabinet that fell off for about a week. Iâm somewhat handy i made multiple trips to Loweâs to search for parts. Aleksei came in did a wonderful job. He was in out in addition to giving me pointers on what went wrong. Will give him a call back if Iâm ever stuck on a project đđ˝đđ˝
