David has gone above and beyond. David listened to my concerns and problems with my garage door. He diagnosed the problem right away and came up with a cost effective solution. After the service, David talked about things to look out and what problems will arise . David is now the only person , i trust with my garage needs
Outstanding service! My old Marantec opener logic board died, and I decided to buy my own Genie 2055 replacement. They gave me a very fair, transparent labor quote with no hidden fees or pushy sales tactics. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, got the old unit replaced quickly, and made sure all sensors, remotes, and keypads were programmed and working perfectly before leaving. Will definitely use them again for my rental properties!
David Kho explained the job and materials thoroughly and installed the new torsion spring and checked everything on the garage door.
David was excellent. Showed up on time and completed the repairs in a timely manner. His pricing model was honest and fair. I am so pleased. Will utilize Real Garage Door Pro for any future garage repair/replacement needs.
Cannot recommend this Company enough. David showed up promptly and was able to fix the problem with my Garage within 20 to 30 minutes. I have never worked with such an efficient Garage Door company. I absolutely will be recommending them to everyone and using them in the future. Great experience!!
David offered a free estimate and viewing in my garage. We settled on a unit and he got right to work and finished within an hour. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thanks, David!
Perfect job! Fast response, on time, quality, politeness! Would recommend to anyone.
I was trying to reprogram my garage door opener when all of a sudden there was a loud pop followed by smoke coming from the motor. I immediately tried calling the manufacturer for assistance, but after hours of waiting, no response. Out of frustration, I turned to Thumbtack to see if any local professionals could help. I sent requests to four different companies, but Real Garage Door Pros stood out immediately—David called me within one minute of my request! After explaining my situation, David knew right away what the issue was and offered to come out for a free diagnostic. True to his word, he arrived within the hour, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in just minutes. He walked me through several options, never pressured me, and made sure I chose what worked best for my needs. David is professional, incredibly fast, and most importantly—trustworthy. In an industry where it’s hard to find the “good guys,” David is absolutely one of them. I’m so grateful for his service and will be recommending Real Garage Door Pros to all my friends and family. If you want someone reliable who truly cares about their customers, David and his team are the ones to call!
