About Reasonable Masonry
Quality comes first in everything I do. I never cut corners, even if it takes more time or costs a bit more, because the job isn’t done until you’re truly satisfied. My family has been in this trade for many years, and I grew up learning masonry from the ground up. With over 24 years in business and a dedicated team of 6, we handle concrete installation, repair, maintenance, removal, and brick or stone repair. Every project gets careful attention: we listen to your goals, explain your options, and recommend solutions that are both durable and cost‑effective. If you’re looking for dependable workmanship, honest advice, and clear communication from start to finish, let’s talk about your project and how we can help.

Ken replied promptly when we requested a quote for our backyard patio concrete replacement. He was professional and was able to come by for a quote the next day. Work took two days total and his crew cleaned everything up neatly. My wife wasn't even aware there was construction going on in the back, it was that neat. Definitely recommend Ken for your landscaping needs.
I asked for stamped patio concrete. He was quick and offered the best price. He always came on time and finished the job as scheduled including removing wood frame a few days after the installation. Very punctual. I highly recommend him.
I have to admit I had some concerns when Reasonable Masonry's estimate came in at less than half of the other estimates I got, both in cost and time, but Kentry felt trustworthy and his company had great reviews so I went ahead and booked the job. I think he's just running an operation that is a lot more lean than the bigger contractors I talked to. Ken and his team did a fantastic job replacing part of my driveway and patio I had to have removed, matching it up perfectly with the existing work, and ensuring it would drain appropriately. They showed up on time and worked fast, and Ken was very communicative throughout the job. Bottom line, when I need more masonry work done in the future, I'll be calling Ken.
Ken and his crew built us a customized raised concrete platform and did an outstanding job. He was available to create what we envisioned and we are very happy with how it turned out. His company offers great value and quality craftsmanship. Thanks again.
Was a pleasure to work with Ken! Super happy with the result for our backyard patio and walkway! Great communication. Truly cares about your project, true professional. Done in a very efficient manner. Will be doing more work with him in future! Thank you Ken!
We’re very happy with all the work Ken and his crew did for us. A new fence, two areas of concrete and a new gate. Great value and just an overall great experience. Ken is kind and ready to do whatever he can to help his customers. You really can’t go wrong.
Reasonable Masonry was excellent. Ken responded to my request within minutes and even though it was a Sunday, he stopped by and provided an estimate. The job was finished by Tuesday. And it looks great. Ken is very professional, providing video updates of the work in progress. I definitely would recommend. A++++
Ken did a fantastic job on my concrete pad. We had an existing 7'x7' pad and wanted to add on to it to make it 11'x13'. He showed up as schedule and his work came our perfect. Ken even relocated some sprinklers that had to be moved due to the larger pad size. I will not hesitate to contact him for future projects. Thanks again!!
Ken and his squad have been amazing. They laid down concrete for me in the front of the house and both sides of the house. They where extremely efficient and professional. All of the work has been bar none. The cleanup and resetting of my fence doors has been fantastic. I would absolutely hire them again for any landscape work that I need. This has been a very easy and worthwhile experience.
Truly excellent work and a nice team too. Very responsive, kind, and amazing work putting down flagstone for a large piece of our SF backyard!
These guys are amazing. They are super pro, they are incredibly accommodating, they work hard and fast but not so fast that job doesn’t get done right, they have a friendly family vibe, and they were totally down to work with me on the cost giving me different options of help to get the job done at a price I could afford. The photos I am attaching are them in the process and still had about an hour and a half of work and it already looks great.
Ken is a terrific guy. His work quality and professionalism are seen in the attached photos.
