Darla is amazing!!! I was a new wife, in a new home, and newly pregnant, and we were going to be hosting people in our home for Thanksgiving. However the furniture/decor in our living area were all things I had decorated my apartments with over the years, and it all needed to go!!! I had no idea where to start, or how to achieve the look I was going for. I needed help!!! Darla had great reviews so I took a chance, and she exceeded my expectations! She came and assessed my space, went shopping with me around town, and even did some online shopping for me. She had a cool computer program where she would create a room simulation with the furniture/artwork/decor we were contemplating, so that I could see everything together before making decisions. When all of the furniture and decor came in, Darla came over to help place everything appropriately and add finishing touches. She has a great eye!!!! I get overwhelmed with decorating decisions, and I needed someone who could give me a few options that I could choose from--she did this for me! It made the decorating process so much less stressful. She had my space totally transformed in time for the holidays. We were amazed! We received SO many compliments on the house, and we continue to receive them each time someone new comes over. Fast-forward a few months after the transformation, I gave birth to my first baby, and we had a dreaded slab leak in our home😩. We had to replace all of our flooring. I clearly did not have time to go out shopping for flooring, nor did I know what to look for, so we called Darla and she got us all squared away!!!! We LOVE our floors!!!! Darla truly has such a gift! Not only that, but she's affordable, trustworthy, fair, and enjoyable to be around. Hire Darla and you won't regret it!!!!!!
Darla did a wonderful job helping me redecorate my foyer and living room. She was careful to understand what I was looking for, and made inspired suggestions when I was at a loss. She also made sure the project came in under budget. She was patient and kind, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend her services.
Darla is a great designer to work with . She came to my house asked how I wanted , the house to be designed and then added her ideas and suggestions. Professional and friendly to work with .
Red Couch came up with some great ideas for my new office space. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them for any of your design projects!
Always available to discuss the job. Very proactive!
It was a pleasure working with Darla (and her assistant). I love how creative she was and her perfect balance of being personable and a dedicated professional. My project was small (one room), but very meaningful to me, and she gave it a great deal of attention. I am very pleased with the final product. Thank you!
I enjoyed the visit with Darla. She is friendly and a pleasure to work with. Although she was given a blank canvas with somewhat vague ideas of how we wanted our business area to feel and look, she came up with a very good initial plan. The colors were great and the set up and function of the first room was spot on. I would recommend her talent to anyone!
Darla was amazing. Asked a lot of questions and made sure things were going well. She also was very patient with my clients and helped them walk through what can be a stressful and emotional task. Over excellent experience.
I had met with a few interior designers before I met with Darla and am glad I had waited before deciding who to select. Darla was very warm, but professional. She took the time to get to know me personally, my style, and my budget. She was able to come under budget and met a quick timeline to complete my dream of a coastal bedroom. She was very flexible, working around my work schedule and communicating the way I prefer and was easiest, texting. As I showed my friends the end result, they exclaimed "that is so you ", she had nailed it! She made the final reveal special by surprising me with it at the end of a long work day. I highly recommend Darla!
Darla is an incredible interior designer. She has incredible instincts and helped to transform our apartment into a luxury home. I also recently had twins and she helped me to design a baby-proof and well-organized, highly functioning home. She takes the time to go furniture shopping with me to ensure that I am satisfied. Darla is very professional and has a strong work ethic. I admire her so much and trust her implicitly. We will be moving into our new home in a year and she is already helping us to find the right furniture, and is helping us to design our home even before we have moved in. My family and I feel truly blessed!!!
