I am soo happy I hired the red dot cuisine. AJ and his team were polite, punctual and professional from the second they walked into our home. The food was excellent with a great variety, presentation and taste. They offered welcome drinks, appetizers, salad, entrees and sides and all of it was beautifully presented. Their cooking and cleaning process was also efficient and seamless. Would hire again!

I cannot say enough great things about chef and his crew. My guests were wowed at number 1: the quality of the food, 2: the taste, and 3: the presentation. They were on time, and exceeded our expectations and I will be a partner for life with this company. I have worked with many vendors in the past, and this was by far my best experience! I look forward to hosting our next event. Thank you, Chef & Team for your incredible work!
Red Dot was so nice to work with! He was punctual and did excellent work. He went out of his way to make sure everything was right. I would recommend Red Dot!
Very professional dealings with a very late booking. It was easy to work with AJ and my family enjoyed the four course meal.
I cannot recommend Red Dot Cuisine highly enough. I hosted a cocktail party for around 70-80 people and as usual….everything was outstanding. I have been a customer for many years and AJ has never disappointed me. The presentation, value and taste of the dishes are superb.
AJ did an awesome job on very short notice, food was great and AJ's team very professional and responsive. We will hire AJ again for sure. Great job!
AJ was wonderful to work with and just a genuine person. He was professional and very responsive. He patiently answered the 100 questions that I asked lol. Everything was delicious!! Our guests are still telling us how good the food and service was. AJ's baker also provided our cake and it was amazing as well. I'm so happy that we hired him to cater our wedding.
Cannot say enough good things about Red Dot. They were on time, had all supplies, took over the setup and got it done. Food was amazing, excellent and unique presentation. The best part, they are professional, clean and leave the place the way they got it.
Flexible with quick and clear communication. The .real was great.
We hired Reddot for my 40th birthday party and went for complete Indian cuisine. Reddot was delicious!! My guests gave their compliments on each of the items prepared and presented as in style. What more can you ask for? They were professional, attentive, organized and absolutely delicious!! Recommend the samosa chaat and the lassi shots are to die for the non drinkers. Will definitely use them again!
If I could select all five of the options I would. This was definitely everything I expected and then some. Food was GREAT service was great and my fiancée didn’t suspect anything! This was a SUCESS to say the least. I will definitely recommend AJ for all events. Will be seeing him again soon!
My Homewarming Brunch was excellent. My guests loved the food and set up. Everything was spectacular. Will hire again.
AJ with Red Dot was quick to respond and with just a few guidelines created the perfect menu and executed it so that it tasted and looked even better than it sounded. They couldn’t have been more attentive, professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for any event you have.
AJ was amazing! I hired him as a personal chef for a surprise birthday dinner for two and it was perfect! From the start of our communication he replied to my questions quickly and accurately and was able to adjust some timing when I initially gave him incorrect information. He provided me an accurate invoice and it spelled out everything - he 100% delivered on his promises. As for the cuisine itself - it was awesome! He explained every dish and I tried some new things and all of it was a win. As an added bonus I ended up with some leftovers. I would definitely use AJ again.
Fantastic italian food with a Halloween Theme! Red Dot was extremely easy to work with and they went out of their way to make sure we had THE PERFECT company luncheon even by preparing vegetarian food for the Jain diet. Will definitely be using them again!
We had a beautiful and stress free event thanks to the fantastic leadership of A.J. He’s a professional who will get the job done correctly. I will say I was a pretty hands off client who let him and his staff get the job done. The Food was fantastic and his tables were dresses up nicely. Since this was a 50th wedding anniversary party, he even brought gold silverware to add that special Touch. Setup and cleanup were easy too. Thank you! My parents were very impressed.
Great service , the food was very very good, tasty, for sure we will hire AJ for future events
I have to tell you that not only is Chef AJ talented, personable, and organized, but he absolutely surpassed my expectations! My friends were so impressed and we will be using Red Dot Cuisine in the future! Not only did AJ supply the food, but he also brought all of the linens, glassware, and utensils, which made it so much easier on me because all I had to do was add table décor! Thank you for making my dinner party a blast!
Great experience with these guys! We had to postpone the event due to hurricane Harvey and they were more than understanding and accommodating. Will definitely use them again. Also the food was amazing!
Amazing! AJ came to cook for us for a ladies vacation. The food was amazing! Everyone would recommend him and his services! We will hire again!
