Robert was very professional and worked through the 100 degree heat without one complaint. He is a positive and pleasant person to work with.
Very disappointed in the lack of communication. He scheduled a time to come out. Then day of he asked to change that time to later in the day which I was fine with. Then he never showed up. I messaged to follow up and see if we needed to do a different day, and he just never responded.

I contacted Red Hat Gutter Co. today and they reached back out to me almost immediately with a quote for my construction debris removal. They were able to come out same day and get everything hauled off and dealt with. I can’t thank them enough for their speedy and professional response.

Red Hat Gutter did a great job! We had originally scheduled a later date in October for the job but life happens and I called them to see if we could schedule an earlier date. I had an appointment and RED HAT was absent. Does not keep his word. He talks a good talk but DOES NOT keep his word. which makes him a liar. I drove 550 miles to meet him for some work I needed done. He's seems to know computers - it seems to me its all he knows. Menards provided a lead to another contractor and after calling him I'm confident my job will be completed in a timely manner. It is my experience Red Hat needs to be doing something else rather then suggesting they are a reliable contractor. They are not.
Robert and James were very professional and efficient. I would definitely itelyhire them again. They hauled away some furniture for me.
