I DO NOT recommend this professional. Based on my experience, his work and conduct do not meet the standards I would expect from someone advertised as a “Top Pro.” He was more interested in making quick money than providing honest, quality service. I hired him to paint over a yellow ceiling stain at my rental property, which I suspected was caused by a leak. He told me there was no leak and suggested the water might have come from someone showering in the bathtub. I then asked him to caulk approximately five feet where the bathtub meets the floor. He charged $125 for that without disclosing beforehand that it would cost extra. For the ceiling, he quoted $250 and told me he would apply KILZ and paint to match the existing ceiling. Instead, he only sprayed KILZ over the stain without applying the promised paint per my tenant's observant . The stain was still visible afterward. When I asked him to return and address it, he refused. It took him 45 mns to complete the job. I consider these charges ($375) excessive for the work performed. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of. I found him rude and unprofessional. The incomplete work, undisclosed extra charge, and refusal to return raised serious concerns about his honesty and accountability. I would not hire him again.
Red was quick to respond, punctual, and knowledgeable. He made the repairs and showed me what he did. I would use him again!
Red came the next day at the promised time. We're getting ready to sell our house and needed to take care of some cosmetic issues. Will definitely use him again of we need anything before we sell.

Red was prompt with his response and very communicative throughout the whole process. He was on time to the initial meeting and wore booties to protect our floors. Red’s pricing is very fair. His work is quality and he even got done sooner than he originally thought! I would definitely use again!

I am so very pleased with Reds work and customer service. I called him stressed because I was going out of town and needed my kitchen faucet replaced and a leaking hose fixed. He squeezed me in last minute and did beautiful work. Highly recommend!

Had Red out to replace some siding and some missing trim on our porch. We also had him power wash all the old mildew off of our back wall and it looks brand new! He was professional, clear, showed up promptly and worked quickly. He double checked everything with us and make sure that we were satisfied with his work. Excellent job and we will be sure to keep him in mind for our next project.
