Did a good job at a reasonable price. We lost the keys to our motorcyle. He made a new key - no problem. I thought he'd have to take the lock mechanism out or something to do that. He was able to make a new key just as it was. Works great!

By going out of business so they don’t make you wait all day. If they couldn’t do the job they had hours to call and tell me. But no, I had to call them and ask if they are coming. Then they said they couldn’t do it. So you make a customer wait all day for nothing? I had to call you? You wasted my time and someone else could’ve come in the meantime. You are a worthless, unprofessional business if you can even call it one!
Service technician was prompt and quickly addressed the issue.
We had a deadbolt with a missing key. Red Rocks came out the next day and got everything taken care of promptly. Very satisfied.
Guy was great! Helped me start to finish on something that I couldn’t figure out myself. Replaced the mechanism for my pain in the rear end door. They will definitely be a go-to referral!!

THESE GUYS SAVED MY LIFE! I locked myself out of my car, and they were on my street and unlocking my car within the hour. I drive a Lexus so the locks are extra tricky- and he still managed to get me in. He was professional, nice and it was a LOT less than going to the dealership. I highly recommend this company!!! Guy came out next day which was great. Young kid showed up at 11. 1151 he called me from my garage instead of knocking on my door who. Head way weird -: he had to go through some transfer stamped which tells me this company subs out their work, saying he needed to get a part. 3.5 hours later nowhere to be found. I wouldn’t recommend.
First time calling a locksmith and I have to say I was very satisfied! Showed up super quick, unlocked my door, and charged me their normal fee. Very happy with their services!
