They come right away and lead me in the right direction
My one-bathroom apartment toilet got clogged, so I reached out after 8:00pm and I receive a response within minutes and by 10:00pm the toilet was working again. I truly appreciate the quick response and professionalism. I also received a professional invoice and pictures of the job! :-)
Great work and great value. I definitely recommend Redbeard Plumbing!
Redbeard Plumbing did a fabulous job repairing my water heater by first establishing that it still works correctly. I now know that the WH problem I had was due to hard water affecting my heating element. I'm now able to enjoy hot baths again!
Sam , a great pro. Appreciate the time he took to explain the process.
He demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge and actively listened to my concerns, responding to my inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Additionally, he conducted a comprehensive assessment of my issue and presented me with several options for resolution. If you have any concerns or reservations, you need not worry if you choose his company.
Bad attitude. Needs to stick to pricing quoted over the phone and not upcharge. Needs to not charge up front a fee for credit card processing when no payment method has been agreed upon. Needs to stick to appointment date and time and not make excuses about broken down vehicles. Complete waste of time.
Sam Conver took care of all my water potability needs at my new home, installing a full water purification system. He was very responsive and quick to help. He completed the project very quickly. I appreciated his extensive knowledge when inspecting other plumbing issues when completing the work. I can finally take a drink of water without the taste of lead. I would recommend Redbeard Plumbing for all plumbing needs.
Sam did great work, provided multiple options to repair my issue, clearly explained the work and the charges, and was flexible with timing. Definitely recommend Sam for your plumbing needs!
