I advise against engaging Redwood Forestry for any tree removal, cutting, or related services in this region. Our experience with their team was highly unsatisfactory. Their communication was exceptionally poor. On the scheduled day, they arrived on time ay 9 AM, realized they had forgotten essential equipment, and promised to return shortly. However, they never did, nor did they provide any updates via text or other means. Despite my attempts to contact them, I received no response. They finally responded the next morning saying they didn't come back because of the impending rain in 4 hours. I also called the day before (saturday) confiming the appointment and asking about about the impending rain for sunday at 1pm. I recieved no response. The following day, on Monday, they appeared unannounced when I was not present. My wife had to inform them that we had already secured another contractor due to their lack of communication and unresponsiveness. Furthermore, they repeatedly altered the pricing. Therefore, I strongly recommend avoiding this company due to their extreme unprofessionalism.
